Very untrained or just lazy employees lacking the knowledge to identify the items in their own catalog... asked about help identifying a hose they didn't even bother to look. The African American brother with the beard in the front desk just told me that he is mechanically inclined. I walked straight out never giving that place a chance to order parts for me again. Better heading to advanced auto, autozone or O'Reillys

Their prices in auto parts are very good and competent, only in the guarantees of the parts if you lose the purchase receipt you can no longer claim them, they should work a little on that
