I came here to return equipment AFTER being an XFINITY customer for 20+ years . Internet Service had been very fragile from DAY 1 of IL to TX move.(horrible actually - busy family of 4)LSS , in 2023 - AT&T offered to show us Better Service. We obliged. They even got rid of ALL that costly equipment. Like ? Xfinity had become so lazy it was affecting service which affected our families Productivity, daily !Remember, 20 + years ?So we wanted everything to be smooth. We even paid for 2 services in 1 month to avoid any issue. Really , it was Overkill. Even Called Xfinity while AT&T was here.Fast Forward :I took the equipment back here.This Location retrieved the equipment, asked why I was leaving, apologized for any issues, and said. "EVERYTHING is taken care of ma'am ! Sorry for any inconvenience. ". . . a month or 2 later, a COLLECTIONs AGENCY calls me (TODAY) LMBO !I am laughing bc the inconvenience to this Location, CORP, & MGT will be BEYOND their imagination :^ )Formally. The BULLYING after refusing to FIX BAD Service after years of being an overcharged Patron , is bewildering.Collections is what my Loyalty was rewarded with. I stopped my AutoPAY after the Last BILL YET they continued to BILL me.Everything was taken care of ?In an inflation CUSTOMER Service is imperative bc Disposable Income is at an unprecedented LOW.XFINITY has become Classless. We were already being charged $145 a month. For YEARsssss. It was 50 bucks. PLAIN Internet. For decades , lol. The Audacity is the gag. Good riddens !

Stay away from Xfinity. They will not help you or let you cancel your account. I would rather go to the dentist or buy a car than deal with these terrible people.

Store was awesome. Calling by phone is useless and it'd almost Impossible to get a hold of somebody to talk to. I've had history issues with their service. Since december fourteenth and the problem is still not resolved. I've had cable issues box issues, internet issues now. My t v box when it turns on, ask me the paramount of remote every single time and I have to go through the setup screens so now I can't even get the ink but it can't get a hold of anybody.

Mansoor helped us when we arrived. He listened to everything concern I had about switching to the Streaming services and answered all of my questions. He is awesome! So thankful for him and his help!

Angelica Cano!!! worst manager ever. No help, very useless what so ever.. Very clueless on what the job title is. She doesn't know anything and does not even bother to help at all she says Help with be with you shorty have a seat???Like Really? You're the manager you should know these things! Is the last time I come to this Store!!!!

Xfinity couldn't help me upgrade my phone and make a sale! They kept saying there weren't any promotional offers and to wait until Christmas. I switched service and T Mobile got my business when they ordered the phone I wanted and offered $800 off.

The young gentleman was very polite and understand my problem with my phone other xfinity stores did not help me at all , I recommend this one ! He got my number changed without no problem I recommend this store !! I am happy finally my phone works with Xfinity Mobile!

A young gentleman, named Chris, was very helpful! He was very friendly and instantly greeted me. Everything that I needed and went in for, he took care of for me. He was not in a rush but also, did not waste any time to take care of my needs! I had to make some adjustments to my phone plan, and he helped me every step of the way! When we were done, he double checked with me to make sure that we did all that was needed! Great store and great customer service ?
