They have great treats and tough toys. My dogs loved being there and the workers were welcoming.

Although they don't have a huge selection of dog foods, I love their dog bakery goods! They have so many cute options to choose from for your furry loved ones. I took my 6 month old miniature schnauzer for his first grooming and we did the puppy package and as intro to grooming. Ben was his groomer and he took such good care of my boy. Ben was patient and answered all my questions and was attentive.

Absolutely wonderful! I had a hard time finding a groomer in Cypress after our prior groomer Nina, moved to Sugarland. Ben is wonderful, our little Zoe is 15 yrs young and he is super sweet and careful with our furbaby.

I had my first ever grooming appointment for my 18 week old puppy with Becky. She did an amazing job and made us feel confident in her abilities. My pup has always been timid but warmed up to Becky within a minute. Her cut looks so cute and I will definitely book again with Becky.

I took both my doodles here and had a horrible experience! Be warned! I have tried to get in contact with the owner, Regina multiple times unsuccessfully. So, I've decided the best thing I can do, is to warn others to avoid this place for grooming their fur babies. One of my dogs turned out looking decent, but the other experience was so awful it overcasts the mediocre experience. My oldest doodle (the white one in photos), just turned seven, has grooming anxiety. I called several times beforehand to discuss this and ask for someone patient and a groomer who specializes in nervous dogs. We just moved to the area and are seeking out someone with experience and patience. I asked if it was okay for us to give him his anxiety meds before bringing him in and we made sure to do that. When I was called to pick them up, I was asked "how soon can you be here?" because the groomer wanted to speak with me in reference to my oldest (concerning). I made sure to speed over there after asking if he was okay before. When I arrived the groomer proceeded to tell me that he had a really difficult time with him and made a point to remind me, or from my perspective, "threatened" me that Texas is a one-bite state. He let me know that they are mandatory reporters and if my dog were to have an incident while at the groomer, that they would have to turn him in, implying deadly consequences. Keep in mind although he has anxiety, he has NEVER had any other reports of aggression from multiple other groomers (we move often). I asked if he was so concerned, "why didn't you use a muzzle?" Or better yet "why didn't you call me and ask me to come get him?" All that matters is that he is okay and nothing happened, but what a terrifying experience. Not to mention he came out with the worst haircut he has ever had. Again, he is 7 years old so we have had our fair share of haircuts and this was shameful. There were patches missing out of his hair and it was cut so short that you can see his skin, just in time for summer and sunburns being possible. Before I left I specifically talked with the groomers and showed them in a book an example of the cut I wanted and how short I was willing to go (my dogs were NOT matted), this was nothing near that. He also had stray long hairs all over him, just sloppy. On top of this horrible experience and being concerned for my baby's safety, I had to pay over $100 for a ridiculous and hideous cut. Oh, also the front desk clerk was very blasé, immaturity was pouring from her. This must've been someone different , as the girl I spoke to beforehand while doing my research didn't exhibit this same behavior over the phone. Talk about traumatic, save yourself and take your babies elsewhere!
