I went in there to ask questions about opening a CD. I wasnt sure I wanted to open it, so I had a question, but I immediately opened it after speaking with the Assistant Balranch Manager, Stephanie Garcia. She walked me through the steps, and we talked about percentages, maturing, and all things CDs and savings. Im grateful to have met her during my visit. Thank you so much for all your help and patience.

We went to the bank on Barker Cypress in Cypress to take advantage of the nice rates for CDs. We knew it would take a while but Stephanie Garcia and Mariah Keyse worked with us, handling our transactions professionally and with care. They kept us updated throughout the process and patiently answered all our questions.

We went in today to cash in our US savings bond to convert to a CD and also get a CD with some of our savings. We knew it would take awhile for the transactions, but Stephanie Garcia and Mariah Keyse took great care of us and our money. They were professional and friendly. They took time to answer all of our questions and made the process less stressful.

I was visiting the branch at 8195 Barker, Cypress Location and I met with the assistant branch manager Stephanie. She was very nice and addressed all my needs and concerns regarding my account. Some of employees don't have adequate knowledge to assist customers, manager does not believe in doing the right thing, slooooow as hell location.
Some staff members here are amazing, but only a couple.
