“This Torrid store was excellent. Great selection. Well organized and clean. Beyond that the store manager, Jennifer (if she isn't the manager she should be) was amazing. I observed her assisting a senior customer, she had the patience of a saint. She didn't rush the woman, she helped her navigate her purchase, helped her order her size online to be delivered to the store, patiently helped her with her card when the woman fussed about the card reader. Jennifer was amazing. It takes a special kind of person and a kind heart to juggle all that and assist the other guests in the store like she did. Absolutely excellent job!”

Their are price checks, but the scanner on them tends not to scan well or even work at all, or the price checks have been completely removed. The sales representatives are availble if you need help.
