SLOW customer service. 2 persons working the window in the 2p hour. Manager in the background. 2 customers in window, with 2 customers in line. 2 additional customers got in line totaling to 4. 2 customers left the line because the window service was Slow on a weekday around 2:45p. I informed personal banker about their slow pace. The, banker proceeds to say that they’re known for their Fast service. Hopefully next time they can accommodate all 4 customers in line in a timely pace

Ladies up front are terrible. I have been making deposits for my business for 7 years and stopped by here today. Train employees properly on taking business deposits. Wasted my time

Andrea was so helpful and friendly. I’ve lived all across town and had frustrations with a few WF locations in the past but she was so good that my faith is restored.

The customer service at this location was absolutely ridiculous and the manager seemed unfamiliar with the proper procedures. I recommend avoiding this location if possible.

Chris at Wells Fargo is very good at his position. I really recommend that you go to his window inside of heb. Customer service like we NEED!

Bonnie and Lydia after banking many years with Wells Fargo these two workers are very unprofessional and how they treat customers I’m pretty sure Wells Fargo has a strict policy on customer service.

Incredibly rude and dismissive staff. I presented all required documents for a surname change to the WF representative. The rep then demanded USPS mail in my name to complete the name change with WF even though it is not a requirement listed on WF’s website as being needed to process the request.

Awesome staff! Teller are really nice and pretty. Very attentive to customers and helped answer all my questions. Recommend to checking it out since its right inside HEB. Very convenient!!
