I personally received all the help I needed by Cindy Peyrani to open an account for my business an helped my husband as well to open a personal account. She was very polite & helpful. I do recommend to ask her for the help in that location.

I had a difficult time cashing a check with the remaining balance after my Wells Fargo account was closed. After going back and forth between the Barker Cypress location and my current bank with no luck, I was finally directed to this branch—and I’m so glad I was! Cesar went above and beyond to help me, resolving everything in just minutes. The managers were also incredibly kind and professional. Huge thanks to Cesar and the entire team for making this such a smooth and stress-free experience!

I had a check that they put a hold on because I had forwarded to my son. I’ve visited the location three days in a row for hours on end to try to make it right and they always ask for more information more paperwork. This banking experience has been the worst one I’ve ever had. I have two other banks I use for my business and they have always done great. I had banged with Wells Fargo for years and yeah, I have one issue and it is the most miserable thing they make you go through. I highly recommend you use any other Bank than this one.

Horrible and terrible management team. Only 1 customer service employee and 2 management watched her work while I was waiting for more than 15 minutes and ended up walking out. People tried to go to the bank while on 30 minutes lunch like me,we don't have all day for it. So I had to go back to work and wasted 15 minutes at the bank without anyone ask if I need help. I wish I could give them zero star if I could. Next time I'll go to the one on the other side, the manager over is pretty nice and keep the line moving. This location used to be good but I guess with all the new people probably don't care.

Sad that after being a customer for over 15 years but I can’t cash a check that’s in my name here. They will not call the bank of the check to confirm funds they just want to send you on your way. This is ridiculous and such terrible customer service? Did the manager try to help? Did the teller try to help? Nope. They don’t care. They told me to leave so they could help other customers. I’ll be closing my accounts here and recommend everyone do the same.
