I recently moved to Cypress and was looking for a new mechanic. I brought my car in this afternoon for an oil change and was immediately greeted by Corey and Noelle. Hopefully I remembered the names correctly. Very nice and up front on what to expect. Clean and comfortable waiting area. The fact this family has 25 years experience means they know their stuff. I totally trust Webb's to care for my vehicle! I have used them for many years. Recently I took my vehicle there to check out a light that indicated that one of tires had an issue. They checked it out, and it was something they could not correct. They told me to take it to the place that I bought the tires. Webb's did not charge me for diagnosing the problem. I took it to my tire dealer and the sensors were bad. Thank you, Webb's, for getting me in the right direction to correct the issue!!

Just moved to Cypress area from Dallas. Was in need of a State Inspection and found Webb's Automotive via a Google search. Amazing experience. Great staff, very friendly, comfortable waiting area, and very prompt. I overheard one of the staff checking out another customer and he said: thank you for letting us perform your service! Who says that these days!? So refreshing to run across a business with traditional customer service and values. Will be back for all my auto repair needs!

These folks are way over priced. Tried to charge me 700-1000 on material for lower control arm replacement when the typical running rate for after market lower control arms is about 150 a pop. If you are dealing with these people please do yourself a favor and do your research
In response to the owners comment, a two minute phone call does not constitute an "in depth discussion" I am not asking for "do it yourself prices" moreover a 2x markup on parts should be considered criminal

Chose Webb's Automotive out of location convenience, but I've returned due to fair pricing and trustworthy work. This shop has done oil & filter changes and general inspections for our family vehicles. Recently, they fixed the breaks on my husband's vehicle.

Highly recommend, my first time going to Webb's. Justin and the team at Webb's were very professional and helpful. If you need anything done even if it is a state inspection(side note had an issue with another place on an inspection) take it to Webb’s. We will choose Webb's in the future for any regular maintenance on our vehicles. Thanks again and have a great day!
