This Walmart it's the WORST always selling expired items. It's been 3 times that I had to return groceries that are expired! Cashier's don't know how Walmart pay works or split payments!!!! Take time to work on inventory and training!!!!!!

Their checkout lines must have outdated systems for the cards because it kept saying card reader error and you cannot use tap and they have no way of manually inputting my card info. I had to pull money out of the ATM which is an extra cost. I honestly guess I won't be going back. Mind you, I never have this issue anywhere else. If I did I wouldn't leave this review.

Very bad return process . I returned an item using curbside . After the associate scanned my receipt I waited for my refund but it’s been 2 weeks and now the customer service is saying there is no track of return . We can’t do anything much . Truly disappointed with their service . I have been running around to get my refund . This is not the way one should be treated . Even the female black manager has no clue about store policies . She doesn’t deserve to be a manager who cannot solve customer issues. Very bad

I do not like checking myself out, I did not work 9 hours today to work again for free, and on top of it all I couldn't get those shopping bags openef and the cashier just watched me. There was not one cashier only self check out. UGH

The manager (black male, light blue Walmart polo, and locs), the young lady running self check out, and the other working a register (about 18-21yrs) DESERVE A RAISE and sooo much praise. Long story short, I went in (around 2:45, 3pm) and I was being followed by an older man the entire time I was shopping, to the point I had to call my brother and keep him on the phone just in case. I told the young lady running self checkout and she immediately helped me, mentioning it to the other young lady running a register and telling her manager. She let me speak to the manager, he was very kind and escorted me out. He was very alert the entire time and even had us wait by his car until the creep left because the man followed us out and (I didn’t realized until he pointed it out) was parked two cars down from mine. After the man left, he walked me to my car and helped load my groceries.I’ve had a similar experience in the past at a Ross and they basically told me they couldn’t help, so I had to wait in the store next door until I felt it was safe to go to my car. This IS true customer service. Thank you to all three employees for everything!!

Basic Walmart experience. I appreciate being able to use a checkout line where there is a cashier rather than being forced into a self checkout situation. That should not be a scenario that gets added points or stars.

Wish there was a zero or a sad face rating. Employee couldn't match walmarts online price because it's a exclusive onIine purchase BUT there's a $5+ fee plus you have to wait a few days. Can't wait nor do I need anything more. There's no fee only if I would spend $35 or more. So that sucked. (.46 cent difference wow Walmart). Why would I order it online if I needed it then and leaving out of town. But no no satisfaction and they can't give that difference. Well it was the cheapest then other places and a good size so I bought it. Only surprised they couldn't give me that price but whatever. Nope they didnt budge. Maybe I was not the type of person they wanted to please. Nope customer is last or it's who helps you. Or maybe even how you look. I probably stunk or something.

Gina is great..! I only to pick up. Friendly, accurate, precise, on time. No wait. She even asks what you need to put where. I have tried pick up at other locations. None of other Walmarts has figured it out. May be it’s not the store, but who works there. Gina makes this location great..!
