Terrible. They don’t answer the phone, and when they do, they put you on hold, only to answer the phone, to put you on hold again, and then they answer again just to put you on hold yet again, then, they’ll call you to let you know that your prescription is ready, only to tell you to your face that it’s not ready yet when you arrive to pick it up, and that they’ll have it ready in an hour. The staff has absolutely no urgency at all and will sometimes take upwards of 5-7 minutes to look up your information, retrieve your one or two prescriptions, and ring you out. And that’s if you walk in, which will usually take no less than 20-25 minutes. If you use the drive through, they take even longer,. There have been a couple of times where the drive through was empty and I was picking up one prescription that was ready, and it took them 15 minutes or longer to complete the transaction. The service at that pharmacy is so slow that you seriously have to wonder if it’s being done on purpose. I have never seen a pharmacy that is run as poorly as this one. There is nothing convenient about using the pharmacy at this location.

The pharmacy is terrible. I only used Walgreens before I moved to Texas so naturally I picked the closest Walgreens to my new location. It’s always busy, always an insurance mess, always something. My child is diabetic and needs his insulin to survive. For 2 weeks I got a status of delayed prescription out of stock. No phone call, no update, no trying to send me to another pharmacy. Radio silence on the medication my child needs to live. My other Walgreens would have called me the moment there was an issue. Transferred prescription to a neighboring Walgreens and it was ready immediately. I also broke a bone and was prescribed pain medication, still not ready and don’t plan on it ever being ready. I’ll probably have to switch that to another pharmacy as well. Just terrible.

Would give them zero if I could. Made an appointment to get a shot for my daughter that is now required. Set the appointment read all the fine print and when I drove the 30 min to get there they say they can't do it.... why not post that info on the paperwork? Why not make it to when you enter dob it flags as can't do it? Unacceptable.

I love this store! Items I want are always in stock. Very friendly and patient staff as I’m learning to navigate coupons and Walgreens cash policies

How can any pharmacy be this bad so often??Every time I try and get a refill it's a huge problem. Prescriptions are never ready when they say they are, it is always a long line, it's hard getting anybody to pick up the phone and when they do, it's always conflicting stories as to why they dropped the ball.Today I saw a man refuse to leave the drive thru in front of me because he was fed up with the same thing I go through every month with these guys. This level of incompetence is how they operate day to day, and it is ongoing.The convenience of being close is not enough, it is much more worth your time to drive all across town if you have to.

Unbelievably busy in the pharmacy. There is never less than 6 cars in the pharmacy line and 10 people inside waiting in line. And outrageous wait times. Do better.

Zero stars if I could. This pharmacy is a JOKE. I waited 4 hours for a prescription today and the other day while being in extreme pain. Then waited another HOUR in the drive through.

If I could give 0 stars I would, customer service is very very very bad. Waited on hold for 35 minutes and then I was hung-up on. My wife got on her phone while I was on mine ( before I was hung-up on) and it's been over 20 minutes and still no answer. This happens everything I call them, I hate walgreens and I will be moving my business asap.

Do your best to avoid this pharmacy at all cost!!!If they are staffed enough to stay open, you will ALWAYS be told it’s a day too early to fill, but if you come back tomorrow it will be ready.I just went to pick up a script that hadn’t been filled in 2 months and 3 weeks… I was just told I was a day too soon! I was told that they see it being almost 3 mo old, but they already marked it for being too soon.I HATE this pharmacy so much… they won’t release my prescription to the Tomball store… so I’m forced to use up my refills at this location.

No customer service! I was trying to get a prescription transferred for my baby, from another Walgreens. The one I usually use, which is near my work. The other Walgreens tried for 30 minutes to get through to the pharmacy with no luck. I offered to request the transfer because I didn’t want to keep them tied up. I sat on hold for 20 minutes. Called the store back and requested a manager. Sat on the phone for another 15 minutes and finally hung up. I ended up requesting a transfer to Kroger pharmacy, which took less than 3 minutes. I will definitely not bring doing any business at this store.

Don't think you're just going to pick up your meds and go home. Please be prepared to wait. Caroline was sweet though!After waiting 30 mins in the drive thru, I was told my meds would be ready in 5 mins. No problem at all! THEN, I was asked to drive around to get back in line or come in to pick up. ? There were at least 5 cars behind me. Why couldn't I wait at the window until my meds were ready. It's just 5 mins, especially when I've already waited 30 minutes.I come inside to pick up just to wait for another 15 minutes.Please pack your patience at this location.

Horrible customer service at pharmacy. Especially Pharmacist with initials AJ. I can get over slow speeds, but the really rude tones I can’t! And if me getting my sons prescription interferes with your group lunch, maybe consider a rotating lunch! The pharmacist was a j*** to my face and then slammed the curtain down without warning for the other cars in line behind me.

Every.Single.Time I go to this location for the pharmacy drive thru it takes an absolute lifetime to get helped. Are you having people wait for their meds while in this line? I was the 4th car in line and it took 45 minutes. I just don’t get it.

Usually a good place to go. But today I did a pick up order. The cashier working this evening didn’t seem to want to help and was asking me to shout personal information from feet away so I moved closer to give her my name. I told her it’s not a picture order because she was looking through pictures. She looked down at my pregnant stomach, then went to go get the pick up order. At check out, when I was a foot away, she proceeded to cough everywhere and say she doesn’t have Covid (Covid isn’t the only thing that exists. Other viruses can also get people sick). I also hospitalized because I have a blood clot disorder and I’m susceptible to miscarriage and clots especially now, because I am pregnant. Getting sick could cause a stillbirth. All I could do was stand there while she coughed in front of me, waiting for her to hand me my stuff because she was non stop coughing instead of scanning the bag.

Absolutely ridiculous to be placed on hold for 22 minutes only to be hung up on. Had to call the manager just to get a hold of someone as I was already having issues even just getting my medication filled. Mind you this is my first time trying to use this location. Girl that answered blamed it on being understaffed, I explained I understand if they are slammed I'm not mad about the wait time, I'm mad about waiting only to be hung up and they should be more attentive to the buttons they are pressing on the phone. She straight up IGNORED ME. How unprofessional and disrespectful. Management needs to 1. schedule the pharmacy employees better and 2. Train them to be more respectful when a customer is respectfully and calmly expressing a frustration and concer. I didnt yell, I didn't get nasty acting, I simply just said they should try to be more careful especially when they have the high call volume so that doesn't happen again to other people.
