I would like to share what a great experience we had at the Walgreens in Cypress, Tx at the Spribg Cypress/Barker Cypress location. We needed about 200 8x10 pictures for a school project, but because of the storms here and power outages we missed the coupon deadline. The store manager, Harvey, was quick to honor the coupon without any hesitation. He was so kind and generous to us! Joshua in the photo department made our print job a priority and helped get our pictures to us quickly. Without both of their help, we would have not been able to do the project our student were looking forward to. It is rare to find good customer service these day, but Harvey and Joshua went above and beyond to help us. Thank you to both of you!

Probably the rudest and unfriendly group of pharmacist I know. They act like we're a major inconvience to them. Never say thanks and barely acknowledge you after completing a transaction. I would work with another pharmacy if my insurance didn't require them. Drive through and phone conversations are the worst. Ta little better at the counter but not much.

Walgreens associates sawt a bag left in one of their shopping carts and retrieved the bag to put behind the counter. It would not be taken should the cart be used by another customer That truly was GREAT customer care by the associates. I returned about 20 minutes later, hoping upon hope the bag was still in the cart; when I arrived the car was empty, much to my anxiety. The bag had my wallet and phone and medication recommendations following my eye exam. My eyes were dilated, so I was not seeing anything well. I walked as quickly as I could-I use a cane-and asked an associate behind the cash register if anyone had turned in a black bag. He immediately held up the bag and gave it to me, my anxiety was quenched by his courtesy and his prompt safekeeping the bag. Even though the bag was zipped open, after I had taking out my wallet to pay for items, the wallet and phone and after visit documentation we're all there. Thank you God for protecting the young and the stupid. I am also thankful for the alert and quick-acting associates at Walgreens; they definitely made the rest of my day joyous.

Worst Walgreens Pharmacy ever. I'm in the process of transferring all of my prescriptions of another pharmacy. The Pharmacy was closed for 4 days because their system crashed, when I contacted customer service, they had no idea the pharmacy was closed and couldn't help me. My prescription was filled, but because it was in the pharmacy I couldn't pick it up. I contacted another Walgreens, to see if they could fill my medication I was told I had to wait until the store opened, but didn't know when the store would open. Most pharmacies now, you can go online and see what prescriptions have been filled, but not Walgreens. Walgreens is behind the times. Walgreens you need to step it up! If I could rate them with no stars I would.

They have a new guy in pharmacy who is very rude. Acts like he doesn't like his job and he needs to improve his attitude.

Moving to another pharmacy.
I really didn't like the attitude I had to deal with by the young man who works the drive up window.
He is the wrong person to deal with people and should not be in this position.
I'm guessing everybody else in the pharmacy works hard and is pleasant to deal with but it only takes one person like this to get a bad reputation.

I usually like this Walgreens because it’s in my neighborhood but I want you to beware of a woman that works in the Pharmacy named Lee Ann. I’m not sure if she is new but she is giving out highly incorrect information regarding medication. Instead of asking for help she rather give out the wrong information which sends customers to other Walgreens all around town. It’s okay to ask for help when you don’t know. It’s not okay to give false information and waste people’s time. Shame shame Lee Anne. Shame Shame.

Not organized, I’ve had issues on my account, and multiple calls to pick up a RX , that was picked up a week prior. 0/10 customer service via the drive thru. Some form of customer service training is strongly recommended.

This store is partial to certain groups of communities and use stereotype on how they treat customers of certain communities.

I have been going to this Walgreens since they opened. The store staff is always friendly and ready to help. The pharmacy staff is amazing! The pharmacists and techs are top notch and really know their business. Whether I'm there to shop or to pick up a prescription or print pictures, everyone is a joy to interact with. Keep up the great work! :)

Walgreens has all of my pharmacy business. Their app works great and the lines move pretty fast. I’ve found most of the pharmacy staff to be very helpful, and they typically fill prescriptions really quickly.

They have great selection of valentine candy, by I was not impressed by one of the staff.I would of bagged my own stuff if I knew how the employee was gonna lick their finger to open up the plastic bags. This is a pharmacy for crying out loud. Please equip staff with hand sanitizer so they can use that instead of germs from mouth if they have trouble opening up plastic bags. That and I wish the employee said something to a customer that walked in.I was checking out and someone walked in and for a good 3mins or more, just stood there, kind of spaced out. I wish the customer kept his distance, for he was too close. I tried saying something to the dude, but I didn't do a good job.He was in my personal space while checking out and I don't appreciate that.I appreciate being checked out, but please heed what I say and get the hand sanitizer out. Only then will I'll probably up the star review. No lick fingers!

I just love the staff at this pharmacy, today, my insurance did not want to pay for a new prescription, however I had a lot of help from the pharmacy tech, Dominick Griner and the pharmacist Oluwabunmi Joseph who helped me out, consequently, they were able to fill my prescription at a reasonable price! I am thankful for their above and beyond personal service. Randy=== previous review ===I walked into Walgreens with a nicely prepared Patient Immunization History and told the Pharmacist that some nice Pharmacist at Walgreens had prepared this nice History for me. She looked at it and told me that it was her handwriting, so she was that person. The Pharmacist name is Thao Nguyen, who happens to be a very thoughtful and caring person. I left with a completely updated vaccination record. I just love Pharmacist that care of their clients like she does. Walgreens should be honored to have such a person on their staff. Randy

To all those naysayers about the Pharmacy, be cognizant that you are not the only one with insurance issues and everyone is different. Different people different problems. It is not always the same person that helped you before. Just be patient, if you’re in a hurry plan ahead or leave earlier. If the line is to long go inside, things happen, things break. We all have jobs to do, just like you.
