Walked into the store to get my sick child some medicine and encountered the rudest cashier ever Leesha she said her name was. (Not wearing a name tag, just a sweatshirt) I guess this store doesn’t require uniforms.
As I walk up to the counter, she walks away without saying a word. I wait for her to come back. I notice she went to grab more bags from the other register. She had empty bags on the counter, and was restocking her bags so I waited for her to greet me/ acknowledge me. Finally after waiting for her to finish She sarcastically says “oh are you ready” and I said yes that’s why I’m standing here.
She says well you didn’t put anything on the counter so how was I supposed to know. I explained to her that I was waiting for her to finish replacing her bags and by the looks of all the bags on the counter I didn’t think she was ready and didn’t want to just start placing all my items on the counter. She argued and basically told me it was my fault because I just stood there. I told her that instead of arguing with me she should acknowledge her customers and communicate instead of leaving things to assumptions.
I don’t understand where the basics of customer service has gone at this store. There’s no more greeting customers, there’s no more good customer service here. Just entitled employees with deplorable attitudes that hate their jobs. Don’t come here unless you are desperate!

You know what all of you guys that are constantly complaining about service here! Shame on you! I have been using Walgreens for as long as I have lived here and elsewhere. I have never had bad service from them or any of the cashiers or manager there . They go out of their way to help me! They all do not take a break at the same time ! The pharmacist maybe if their lucky to have more than one that day! But their is always someone their at the pharmacy to help you! God forbid that you ever lived in the age when pharmacies and other stores had a sign they turned on their door stating closed. Gone To Lunch! People need a little patience! It’s me, me , me all the time!

By far the slowest pharmacy ever. Whether it's Drive thru or in person. It takes forever to get your medicine. I don't know if they're understaffed or what's going on but the wait time is unacceptable.

There's clear evidence that this is a very poorly managed location. If you see a lot of cars in the parking lot, it's because most of the customers are waiting to be rung up by the only cashier on duty. I avoid this particular location because of its poor service.

3/1/2024 today I visited at 8:20 and they close at nine and when i asked the man that works there he told me i cant give you this medicine now because he is preparing other medicine for other customers or you can buy this for over counter or i will send you to 24 hour pharmacy but i was the only the one there so i went to the manager and i told her shes very kind by the way so she called the man to give me my medicine cause they don't have a proper reason to not give me my medicine and they told me we will only give you two medicines and i will call my doctor because the doctors told me i dont have any medicine for over counter and i called my doctor to speak with the pharmacists and they gave me and my doctor attitude and they gave me mad looks. And im very disappointed with this pharmacy and I suggest none of yall go there

I called about my Rx. This store was out of stock. The person who answered checked other stores. Then had me wait to make sure the other store could fill it same day. He was friendly and super helpful. He gave me all of the info I needed including the other stores address and hours. While this seems simple it’s not always practiced. I didn’t have to go looking for additional information. He handled everything for me. The few interactions I’ve had with this location are all pretty similar.

Called around 3 pm today to have my meds transferred to cvs in pearland because I am sick and staying with a friend and just got out of er.There was a mis communication and walgreens could not rectify it before the cvs closed.It is now 810and I am now without my meds .So aggravating.

Arrived at 7am before work and they wouldnt open even though the hours are 7am open. Wasted 10 min of my time. If your hours are 7am for open, i expect it to be open at 7am. Not to be told they have to wait til safe opens, well sounds like someone was late to their job.

The female (JoAnn) pharmacist that worked the closing shift on February 9th 2023 has tried to withhold my post OP meds because I'm on Alprazolam she seems to have a problem with ppl "who hv to be on narcotics " she is rude as can be" if she wants to be a DR go to Med school!! I'm changing pharmacy because of that ( but changed my mind as I'm not going to let her win!!) pharmacist!!! She is rude,rude!! I'm on the meds I'm on for a reason it's not up to her to JUDGE ANYONE!! SHE WORK WALGREENS on 529 and Fry Rd!! Katy Texas, She needs to learn to stop judging what ppl HAVE to be on!! This is not the first time I've had an issue with her!!

Apparently, they do not communicate with each other as employees in the pharmacy or follow drs orders or the laws in place. Today is the 3rd time that I've had my prescription ready. I just needed insurance info only to find out when I call to give it AGAIN that I can not get my prescription because they think it's too early when it's not. When your dosage changes to take more on a prescription medication I've been on for years, obviously, it's a NEW rx & my doctor & I discussed it, so give me my medication. I was told yesterday by a gentleman when I called to give information thatis being filled and it showed in the app. Then it changed to needing information again, so I call to be told that they will not fill it now, even though the prescription is written completely different adding the extra dosage. BUT, apparently there's a Dr that's a pharmacist too and they decided they don't want to fill right now, wait until Feb 7. There's a reason my dr wrote it like this and I've been seeing him for a long time, if he felt differently he wouldn't have written it as he did. It's not like ins isn't covering it bc of being too early or even their computers bc it's NEW & being I took my medication based on our conversation at my visit, I'm obviously out & having ticks & brain tremors. All because of personal preference to choose & change prescriptions OBVIOUSLY, because only 1 person had a problem and not even the law or my dr.
