Called to have my prescription transferred only to be told the other pharmacy had to call them. They've transferred prescriptions in the past. Whoever I take to was just lazy. I'm so tired of the lack of customer service and respect for those of us who keep them in business.

My son desperately needed a prescription which our insurance wouldn’t cover. We went to Walgreens 4 times trying to figure out other options, etc. Karlene Wiggins gave us a coupon which made it affordable. She has been the only pharmacist to actually help us and she was amazing! She is super friendly, polite, and caring.
