This place has horrible people in their pharmacy. They talk to you in a rude manner. When they answer their phones they immediately said hold and then click before you have a chance to agree. Then on hold forever to get connect with someone who must hate their job due to they way they speak to you over the phone. Not mention them being rude when you pick up medication. Only one person up there is the sweetest but they rest must really hate their job. No people skills whatsoever. I'm tired of this place been with them for years and as of lately just done with the attitude. Transferring all medication out of their care. Just done. Walgreens do better. This is just not how to run a business with workers that drive away customers.

This used to be a good pharmacy before Jason took over. My family has been using this pharmacy for 20 years but we’re moving our prescriptions elsewhere. We’ve had it with Jason. He’s so rude, unprofessional and vindictive. He seems to personally enjoy arguing and making things unnecessarily difficult for both customers and his staff.

How come Heb will give a 12 year old the necessary vaccines for a 12 year old to go to school, dtap and meng. and the sloth pharmacist at this crappy pharmacy said he has to go to a pediatrician? Will never use this pharmacy again. I read bad reviews in the past now I know why.

Be ready to wait forever or at least 25 minutes. No not to fill your prescription to actually wait in line at the pharmacy to even reach the cash register!! I mean literally 25 minutes and the store was empty!!

There are numerous Walgreens's ion the area and even though this one is a little further for me it's well worth the drive. The pharmacist's Joe and the other lady are the absolute best. They take care of you and are always ready to assist. Other Walgreens's need to let their Pharmacy employees take lessons from this store. Grant Road Walgreens's has THE BEST pharmacy department and employees.

This pharmacy checks everything and helps the customer in every way. I've used this Walgreens for several years since we moved here and it's awesome. The Pharmacist Joseph is brilliant.

The manager desire is amazing at this location, she literally took the time to save me two bucks and showed me how to do all of it. This team is awesome I haven't seen that in awhile! Thank YOU desire.

UPDATE: Well I could not update my review, so I will need to post another one. I continue to be impersonated by one of the Walgreens Cypress customers. The Walgreens at Cypress the day after posting the previous yelp review called me. And ta da! Indicated they had taken care of the issue. Well, since that time, I have had 8 more emails due to the Walgreens customer who is STILL impersonating me. Yes, the corporate Walgreens privacy officer has been aware of this since prior to my last yelp post. I have asked Walgreens to reject orders from the person who is using my email address, but to no avail thus far. I have stopped shopping at Walgreens. I don't feel comfortable with them having prescription information either. Call me crazy, but being harassed via Walgreens does not mix well with having Walgreens fill my prescriptions. If you visit this particular Walgreens, please ask them to stop accepting orders from the customer who is doing this. They will know exactly to whom you are referring. Previous post: I am writing this as a plea to Walgreens on Grant Road. Please stop letting one of your customers impersonate me. To date, your customer has done this 14 times over 5-6 months. Your store and Walgreen's corporate privacy have not stopped this from happening, despite your and Walgreen's corporate indicating that your customer is INTENTIONALLY entering my email address each and every time. You keep letting her pick up the things that she orders from your store. PLEASE MAKE IT STOP. It is regrettable that the person doing this is allegedly a school teacher per your store's report. Really? How is this being a good role model for her students

If you’re a collector, go elsewhere. There’s a few people here working with local resellers/scalpers so when you go to find an action figure that’s in stock, they act funny when you ask for help locating it because they’re actually holding it for whoever they have a hook up with. Shop online or go to another store.

Typical Walgreens store. Easy to get to, plenty of parking.
