Luz and Salman were absolutely incredible! Verizon made me jump through several identity hoops which was tedious and frustrating. Luz was stress free and professional the entire time. When Salman took over he was just as calm and professional. I was worried after taking so long to get the online customer service specialists to verify and approve that I wouldn’t get to walk away with a new phone and keep my number. But both of the agents I was working with in the store made certain I got everything I wanted AND ported my number flawlessly in the end. I am a happy customer only because of the agents at this store. Had I been left to try to complete my order with an online agent I know I would have given up and went to a different phone service provider. They should be given all the credit for this new customer. I will only come to them with any future service needs and 100 percent recommended them! Thanks yall! I appreciate you both so very much!

Luz was very knowledgeable and helped me to understand my options. She ensured the product I was looking for was in stock, transferred my data seamlessly, and hoped me set up autopay. 30 minutes, in and out, no wait. Very satisfied and will recommend Luz and Verizon at FM 529 and Fry Rd in Cypress.

Salman was absolutely Amazing! The Definition of customer service. He literally did anything and everything over and beyond to help me solve the problem. He was extremely patient and he carried about solving my concerns. I never seen such customer service. He desire to be recognized by verzion for going over and beyond the call of duty.

This was most efficient and pleasant experience I have ever had at a phone store. Mine broke in a dire time and I needed a fix or a replacement, once Luz had all the information she needed, she helped me get out the door with a new phone incredibly fast. Thank you so much Luz!! Really was the best experience Ive had in any wireless service store, ever.

Today my son and I went in to get some customer service support as he recently switched over. It was 2:30 pm and the doors were locked, a man comes over as he sees me looking at the business hours. He seemed so out of it, he’s eyes were red and he could not keep his head up. He’s eyes kept closing. I asked him about what we could do since we had issues transferring the telephone number. He said I’m thinking as he put his head down on the desk. It was a long akward pause he suggested we go to corporate. I left because I felt very unsafe. He was definitely on drugs. Worst experience of my life!

I have been a Verizon customer for more than 5 years and have had many experiences in stores, for me this store has the best customer service in all the stores in the Katy/Houston area, Shawn offers solutions to everything, including the best prices and accessories. Very good customer service in every way. If you have any problem, visit this store, you won't regret it!!!
