Walked in and registered my number. The employee was free for 15 minutes standing with his device looking around and I was the only one in line and never called me. Had to leave.

Wanted to charge 29.99 per phone, to help transfer and set up 2 new phones. Got home with phones and no new sims cards. Tried calling store and it went to a Verizon assistant. Went back to store only to be told they are embedded sims now. Just can not handle the fact that there is absolutely no customer assistants anymore. Just terrible.

We switched from Xfinity to Verizon and Jason made the switch ridiculously easy, we were in and out in 30mins!! When we switched to Xfinity we were there for hours!! Definitely will recommend Jason again!

Horrible customer service waited over 30 minutes after they told me we’ll be right with you employees just standing around around on there phone when they could be helping manager was doing the same thing so I guess that’s the example they set here stay away go to another location

I went this store get my iPhone fix and did not work so he Offer me new phone and trade in my old phone because he said There is promotional deal so I went with it next he not Transfer my data to the new phone because they were closing the store he told me bring the phone back the next day so I did. The next day I went back it's will a different price on the trade in from the Promotional deal they lied to me had to call customers service for refund on my account don't trust this place

Cody did an amazing job troubleshooting my Gizmo Watch. I told him the problem I was having with the signal and he immediately called Tech support to reset the watch. I wasn’t able to reset the watch at home for some odd reason. Cody jumped into action and displayed a high level of professionalism and customer service. Thank you Cody.

I went here to get my son a new phone and experienced horrible customer service. I end up going to another location, rep got on the phone with customer service and got my son squared away with no problem. Customer Service is a big deal, people should remember that when starting any job or running their business.

5 days to change providers and activate my account!!!. No phone service for 5 days!!!$350 to activate 2 lines!!! Wait, what activation? It's been 5 days, and I still have no service. I visited 3 corporate offices, called customer service several times, and no one has a clue about what to do. Very disappointing from the "PREMIER MOBILE PROVIDER" in the US. I wish someone from their management would see this review and contact me to resolve this issue. I would not recommend this provider to anyone, and I am planning to switch to another one as soon as possible.
