Only rating 5 stars for the service received by a younger gentleman and Jason. Came to the store to help my mom transfer her service from my siblings Verizon account to mine. Wanted to come in person because it’s nice to be able to have a real human offer assistance. We were told by one employee that needed to call a specific number and that they would get it completed for us over the phone. We called the number and stepped into my car since my mother and I do not live together and she needed help with the transfer. Got to a point that we needed WiFi to activate a new line to the transferred account so we walked back inside. This is where we were greeted by a young man who helped us get a new SIM card and then were handed over to Jason who helped us finish the transfer and activation who proceeded to tell us that he could’ve handled the whole thing himself. We were very grateful for his assistance and wish we had been able to work with him from the beginning…would’ve saved us some headaches. I don’t understand why 9 times out of 10 when you walk into this store, the employees try to direct you to doing the work yourself at home…people physically come into the store when they want help from a human and don’t want to just be sent away to make a call. Thankfully they have Jason here who understands that!

Poor customer service. Store didn’t apply the actual offer when I traded in my old device. Didn’t explain or advise what offers were available.

Close this place down ASAP!! Despite reading reviews I still gave this place a chance because it’s closer to me but after 2 different visits here and the Customer service was the worse I’ve seen at a Verizon store and I’ve been a customer since Alltel. The reps have no training in professionalism or social skills I was told today 6/30/2025 I could’ve save the rep time if I would’ve did everything in my app at home no need to come in for non emergency things waste their time when people are here to buy.Said that since I lost my watch the only way to get a new one is to pay of remaining balance if I could afford too.Thats rude to tell someone ‘if you could afford too’ Normally I don’t leave reviews but this is terrible you walk in no one acknowledge you the guy at the front just sits on his phone. Over heard them speaking about a customer cannot afford to pay their bill she should switch to another provider. Yea AVOID this place and I will be contacting corporate with recordings and pictures soon.

Sold me a phone that hasn’t worked since I opened the line and now they’re advising the it’s a phone issue and to go through my insurance to get a new one. Worst customer service ever

I've been coming to this store I think since it opened but haven't been back in 5+ years, it was nice to see some of the same employees there. I came in to pick up my new phone, set up my old phone and turn it in. Emil was the representative that helped me, he was very knowledgeable, patient and very nice. Took time to answer questions about transferring my data and my new phone.

Keith was unbelievable rude and should not be a sales person, lost a customer because of how unapproachable and cranky. Not a sales person that should be on the floor helping people

Went to get help foy my nephews phone not working now. He staying with my mother and I currently. Phone stopped working. And on March, 13 around 6:40 p.m. we went to the Verizon store close to my house but the guy helping us was total jerk not helpful horrible attitude at the same time I heard another customer on happy that they couldn't help her with whatever and she walked out of the store he gave us a phone number to call for warranty division but was just rude I mean the way they treated us I've never seen anything like it which is why I'm with T-Mobile and trying to get my nephew and his mom to switch to T-Mobile but his mother will call the warranty department tomorrow and deal with it but terrible customer service I would never recommend Verizon
