Love this place. Great products, and varieties. Staff is always welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Especially Nikki! She takes whatever time I need to ensure I'm satisfied with my purchases, and she never makes me feel rushed. Wish I could give more stars, as they all deserve it!

Glum employees I have never made a bad comment anywhere in my life, but they really deserve it, from the moment I enter the store, they annoy you with their negative energy, they don't answer the questions you ask correctly, they talk as if they are making fun of you and don't take you seriously
They always tried to sell me the same liquid I bought from other shops for 4 times the price, and when I objected to the price, they said they would give a 25% discount if I left a comment
English was not the language of my phone when I was about to comment, and they took back the discount because they were laughing among themselves and looking at me with racist glances Dec
Never shop here they don't take their business seriously and they are trying to take your extra money employees approach you in a very repulsive and negative way

9/6 around 10:30 pm white guy with beanie and neck tats surprisingly has not even the minimal customer service skills to run a smoke shop, lost a loyal customer who lived 30 seconds away because he was sleezing on a vape addict girl and I messed up their vibe, I guess idk, he didn’t want to help me, skipped me and helped some guy that came in after. Sucks because never had issue. Don’t deserve my loyal business.
