I won’t take my babies anywhere else now! They are affordable, kind and willing to take the time to fully explain all options. Love and truly appreciate their efforts to keep my girls healthy!

Heartbreaking experience with vanguard veterinary clinic Cypress
I am deeply saddened to write this review, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. Recently, I lost my dog,Coca, due to what I believe was inadequate care provided by vanguard veterinary clinic Cypress.
Please check out the pictures that is my beloved Coca p1 took her in for stitches p2 after she got out of clinic p3 3 days later she got infected then died soon after
This experience has been painful for me and my family. I hope that sharing this vanguard veterinary clinic Cypress will take steps to improve their services and prevent others from going through a similar ordeal.

On September 12, I had an experience with the vet or vet assistant at the Blackhawk Mobile Clinic (HEB). She was rude and unprofessional. When I asked a question about my dog's shots, she responded like I was dumb. It’s frustrating to receive such disrespect, especially when it comes to my pet's care.

Such kind, loving care! My baby needed some serious dental work. The vet made sure he was taken care of and got what he needed and worked with our budget. I can’t thank her enough. I’ll forever be a loyal client with all my babies.

I observed an advertisement at a local HEB store indicating that veterinary services would be offered later that day. Consequently, I made a round trip to the store with my dog, only to discover after a one-hour wait that the services were not available. This resulted in a significant waste of my time. Despite my attempts to contact the phone number provided on the flyer, my calls went unanswered. I intend to share my experience with others to prevent similar inconveniences.

The best vet my pets & I have ever been to! All of the vet tech are absolutely wonderful and understanding of budgets. Dr. Andrus is a gem!! She takes the time to explain everything throughly and genuinely cares about your pets health. Lauren at the front desk is the sweetest! She always finds a time that works for me. Highly recommend this clinic.

I love this vet and all their staff. Very caring and devoted to our pups. I just had 2 of my dogs teeth cleaned & they called and checked up on my dogs several times. They have seen my dogs in emergency situations , fit them in immediately. They have always returned calls. I couldn't imagine someone complaining about this place they are top notch.

My recent experience at the Meyerland and Blackhawk Blvd. locations in Houston, on 12/16/2023, was incredibly unpleasant due to the unfriendly behavior of the staff. From their short, snappy, and dismissive communication, it was clear that they were not interested in providing good customer service.Despite arriving 15 minutes prior to closing for two services, I was made to wait for up to 5 minutes just to be checked in while multiple employees sat at a table chatting without helping anyone. It was frustrating to learn that the heartworm test I requested could not be performed because the results would be received 5 minutes after closing time. This information could have been communicated earlier, saving me from driving to both locations in hopes of completing my services.At the first location, I expressed my need for a heartworm test as well as my upcoming travel plans out of the country, but there was no kindness or empathy shown by the team. Instead, they simply refused to provide the service and my pet received a microchip only. The lack of communication skills and organization within the team was evident throughout my visit. At the second location, during check-out, there was an issue with the card reader and initially I attempted to pay with cash. I was told that change could not be given as the employee did not have any. However, miraculously enough, another employee who had been sitting next to her during my entire check-out process suddenly produced a deposit bag with change when the card reader would not work. It was disappointing to realize that if I had paid with cash initially, I would not have received my change back from this location.Overall, my experience at these Vanguard locations has left me thoroughly disappointed with the team's behavior and lack of professionalism. It is disheartening that these individuals are a representation of Vanguard as a whole.
