I have been to 3 UPS stores in the area and this was the only one that had all the UPS supplies. They were easy to work with.

Avoid shipping here!! Carolyn was incredibly disrespectful. I walked in wanting to get an estimate for shipping an item, and she immediately turned me down, saying they didn't have a box for me, even after I clarified that I just wanted an estimate. When I mentioned that I’d like to ship to a UPS store, she told me I’d have to call them and ask. I informed her that I had shipped there before and reminded her politely that I was only looking for an estimate, not to ship immediately. It felt discriminatory because a Caucasian customer walked in with an even larger item and was greeted with a much better attitude.

Recommend this store to update schedule. Sat close at 3:45, not at 5PM. They turned away several customers including myself.

Arrived at 6:20pm, google maps says the store closed at 7pm. Nobody is here and the store is already gated closed inside

It’s pathetic that they recently started charging for putting tape on the package . “75 cents plus tax comes out to 82 cents will be your charge ma’am” says the girl at the counter. I said oh really I did not know about it. Well that’s what it is . I just turned and left. They turned away a customer . Did not even have the courtesy to say I am sorry you did not know or let me do it this time but please know that there will be a charge next time . Nothing!!!. My package was ready with the label and everything. It just needed some tape. It’s not like I wanted an envelope or box or something. Bad customer service . I turned around and went to post it on barker cypress . They took it taped it.

The three people waiting on customers were excellent. The store was very busy, but they were all very pleasant, positive, and handled everybody as promptly as they could. I was very impressed with the quality of service at this location.

Nope. Nope. Nope. Never again. Not this location.
I come here wayyyyy too often to go through what I went through today, not to mention the blatant lie that I was told about my packages.
I’m honestly not even sure what I’ll be doing going forward for my shipping needs, but if it’s UPS, it definitely will not be here at this location.
Edit — That phone number is useless. I tried calling that number several times before the issue even began. I also called it before going through other channels to seek a resolution.
The email is also generic, it’s the same one used if you need documents printed out, etc.
An actual phone number and email address to someone who can assist in resolving problems would be great.
The store’s turnover rate is too high for the service and quality of work to be good and that’s a big problem.

Went to drop off small box and another package didn’t even look at it said I couldn’t get slipped proved I send the package and the other package I had to go “ups” but they are ups store wen to to another “ups store”didn’t question anything scan the code took it.
