Brittany was able to find better coverage for my vehicle at lower rates than my "discount" insurance company. She also helped me shop for rates to help me if I were injured and missed work. Both coverages came out lower than my old policy with Root.

Brittany was amazing! She totally went above and beyond to work with me around my crazy work schedule! She was able to offer me a policy that was almost $200 a month less than I was paying at Progressive!!! Jasmine at this office was amazing. Truly helped me navigate the differences in my policy from Ohio to my transition to Texas. Went above and beyond on explaining everything and even did most of the leg with because I’m a Procrastinator and waited till my drive down to switch everything.

If there were a way to give 10 stars I would! I've never had the experience with an insurance agent that I have had at the Troy Hooper Agency. Troy sat down with me for over two hours and went line item by line item on my policy and explained exactly what every coverage meant. Tleft his office feeling so informed about my insurance coverages, never once did he try to upsell me on any polices, in fact it was just the opposite! He tried to show me ways that I could lower certain coverages to still be protected, but save money! I understand that there are plenty of people that don't like to talk person to person about quotes but a conversation with Troy Hooper State Farm will definitely be one you want to have!

Troy went above and beyond to help our family - and this is not the first time. We had a time crunch for closing and Troy made everything happen while keeping communication open. It’s very hard to find someone that is informative and quick to respond - can’t say enough great things. Ended up bundling everything after our experience!
