Popped into this store last week and we found some great pieces for great prices. Zac was really helpful and didn't blink an eye when we wanted to try A LOT of items on. He was even considerate enough to make sure we had the larger change room so I could wheel my sleeping toddler's stroller in with me. Thank you, will definitely visit again.

Usually the staffs are friendly, today I met a rude one. I was browsing the rack by the fitting room, this guy said: hey, I'm going to move this rack out of hallway. While my hand still on the rack he moved it! Cant he even say excuse me?! I just left the store as I don't feel.lioe shopping anymore. As I was by the door, I heard he said ma'am where are you going?! Obviously he is chasing customer away!

I went in with my son to find him a suit, having no idea what size or style he would need. Cheryl came to assist us, and quickly picked out the perfect size and style for my son! I was so happy, I went back the next day with my daughter and Cheryl came through again! She even gave both of my kids some great dressing tips. And she even remembered me. What a great experience!

Employees are always helpful but even better than that, they always have a great selection (especially if you time it with season changesðŸ˜). They do great sales on top of it so sometimes you can get ridiculously good deals! It's hard finding well-made, minimal clothing in houston so if that's what you're after, look no further than Theory.

Pricey but not so compared to Galleria. Selection is poor and you will not find all things in your size. Friendly staff. I'd stop by again to see what else they might brought in from passing season.
