The stylist was not as helpful as I had hoped. I asked for someone for my type of hair and they really didn't know what to do. The color was not the shade I normally expect and the cut was a wonder-cut. Cannot recommend this place at all!

I’ve been going to Sara since moving to Cypress. She is truly a hair saint! She is always to patient and kind when I go in. Sara takes time to understand what you want, will bring you back down to earth to truly understand what your hair is capable of, and, one of my favorite things, she understands your mood and can tell when you are ready to talk or when you need a minute to decompress. On the plus side, she gives a mean head massage during the shampoo process. ?

I went here for a haircut by Olivia and absolutely loved how it turned out! Fairly priced, clean & pretty environment, and nice staff. I will definitely be coming back here as my regular place now!

Linzi, what a beautiful person inside and out. I'm going through cancer treatment and she made me beautiful again. The Factory Salon....you are very fortunate to have her work in your establishment. Ladies, if you need to feel and look stunning, just ask for Linzi. You won't regret it.

I came to Kristen WORRIED because I had damaged my hair so much with box dye. She worked magic!!! She was able to bring my hair back to life and everyone at the salon was so sweet and polite. I have found my forever salon!

I won't be back, and this is very sad. I'm a loyal, long time customer who made a mistake and marked my appointment on the wrong day. They make you sign a no show contract, so now I'm stuck with overgrown hair, long roots, and a $105 charge for services NOT rendered. When they called to tell me I missed my appointment by 20 minutes, I jumped up and told them I would come immediately. I only live five minutes away. They refused and did not even offer to let me see someone else. This salon does NOT, will NOT forgive. If I were you, I would find a place that's a bit more flexible and understanding. We all make mistakes. The Factory Salon will make you pay handsomely for it.

Service here is fantastic. Everyone from the Stylists to the receptionists are super accomodating, friendly and personable. Olivia did my hair and is skilled, warm and friendly and brightened my day!

I absolutely love Sara!! I have come several times to have an assortment of colors and cuts done and she is so knowledgeable. It is hard when you have curly hair to trust someone with your hair, but she does an absolute phenomenal job from taking my ideas and adjusting it so I have healthy hair to being upfront with prices!! Love

Olivia is honestly the absolute greatest of all time. I moved back to Houston almost a year ago and couldn't find anyone good enough to cut and style my hair. For the last 3 years, I had been driving an hour and a half to my old stylist, which took like 4 to 5 hours out of my day. I'm very particular about who does my hair and Olivia is a dream. She listens to what you want and will make it happen. If you have any questions about products or styling tips, she gives great advice. She makes you feel right at home and has a light touch, NO yanking, pulling, or accidental cuts here. We've had great conversations while she works, and when I'm tired, not talkative, I swear I've passed out for a min or two while she works. Like I said, "Right at home with a light touch." It's like getting a head massage, lol. It might have taken years, but I finally found someone truly great at what they do. Thank you, Olivia.

I've been getting my hair done by Anna H. For years. My husband and two daughters also go to Anna.She's just the absolute best stylist, and colorist. Anna has become a close friend to our family. My son gets his cut by Maddie and she does an excellent job with his thick curly hair. I would and often do recommend this salon to anyone looking for a high-quality beautiful haircut and color.
