Since the company chose not to respond to my email and outreach, I will share what I wrote to them: Michelle cut my hair yesterday for the third time. She multi-tasked my cut with someone else's color which meant I was there for ninety minutes. During that time, I received a terrible hair cut. She said she would undercut it, but she did not. So now, my hair won't style or hang right because the bottom is too heavy. It won't tuck behind my ear or stay in a pony tail. It won't stay turned under. It has no body. And, it is way too short because it shrank after cutting. I look like a 7 year old girl.
This is the third time I have come in and the second disaster of a cut. I have offered dialogue and the opportunity to have a relationship with her in order to give everyone a chance. However, I am now in a position with several formal events and presentations where I look unprofessional. I request a refund for my cut.
When I shared this in my neighborhood Facebook group, there were many more people who also had similar experiences. I strongly suggest finding a different salon.

Cynthia has been my stylist for years. She is very knowledgeable of her craft. She goes above and beyond to create a great hair experience for her customers. She and her staff are very professional. I highly recommend.

I paid in advance for a consultation with Abby and was really excited for my appointment. I arrived early and when she was still with a customer 40 minutes after my apt time, I got frustrated and left. It would have been different if she would have kindly let me know she was running behind, if I knew I had to wait that long, I would have run an errand and came back. Some common courtesy could have avoided my poor experience and complete waste of my time. The receptionist gets the only star in this review but she also could have let me know I was going to be there a while. I would not recommend this salon.

I've been going to Monica for the last 2 years and she is amazing! My hair is curly and finding someone who takes the time to make sure it looks just as good curly as it does blown out can be a challenge. Monica is so wonderful and really listens to any concerns! My husband jumped on the bandwagon and also goes to Monica. While she's been on leave we saw another stylist and still had a great cut. The salon is always clean, the staff is friendly and they are open a wide range of hours. Highly recommend!
