It's very fast service, even with no customers on the floor. They gave me a 20$ cut under 7m. Pretty much disappointed. Searching for other salons now on.

I showed dawn a picture of the haircut i wanted and to barely cut on top she cut soo much off from the top could not do the haircut i showed her didn’t even know what to do she left my hair a mess 35 to get my hair messed up and she still has the nerve to tell me that i didnt show her a good picture i hope this place gets shut down for having a bad hairstylist

Horrible place to get a haircut, grossly overcharged for a haircut for my daughter. Somehow they charged 75.85! When I called to get an explanation from the manager, who did the haircut, she gave a horrible explanation and said there was a $28.95 for blow drying/styling on top of the 22.95 for the haircut along with an additional $15 misc charge for layering because my daughter’s hair is thick. Her response was for me to contact the corporate office and refused to give me a number and told me to go online. Don’t go here and get ripped off!

I was incredibly disappointed with the experience at that establishment. My son confidently approached his hairstylist with a picture of the desired haircut, hoping to replicate it. However, I noticed that she repeatedly asked to see the picture, which raised some concerns. As she struggled throughout the process, it became apparent that she lacked the necessary expertise to execute the desired haircut. To my dismay, when she was nearly finished, she admitted that she wasn't actually a hairstylist and confessed her inability to achieve the look in the picture. She even suggested that my son could leave at any time.

Dawn saved my hair!! Coming in with damaged box red hair dye was a nightmare but with protein treatment, she gave my hair life again. Best decision ever!!!!

Full disclosure, used a free coupon from the mail. Before I left I had a feeling that this wasn’t a great cut, just seemed extremely quick and not much attention paid. When I got home and looked in the mirror I had all sorts of hairs left uncut on the sides. Had to have the wife use the kitchen scissors to clip all the strays. I typically use great clips, It’s not like I am using some high end barber shop as a benchmark. 2 stars because of the coupon. Will give it another shot because just opening and maybe this is a new role for her?

Had my haircut done here before and they did a great job. However, no one ever answers the phone anymore! Been trying for days now and can't make a appointment online. And from what I learned at my last visit was not to just show up.. they will turn you away. Ugh

I used to get my haircut here years back, finally moved back into the area and it was my first choice knowing they provide exactly what I need. Demetria was my stylist today and she absolutely crushed it! 10/10. We all know conversation and personality go a long way when we sit in that chair to get our haircut or styled. Demetria had all of that and some. From our conversations she not only learned about me and visa-versa, but she learned about my preferences in my hairstyle and applied it to my cut by asking the right questions about my hair and her years of expertise. Great job today! Thank you for being here!

Ms. Demetria was a really kind hair stylist who knows what shes doing.. im a hijabi and this place has a private section for haircuts, this is my go to place for haircuts now and would definitely recommemd it to others.. Great quality!
