Experience was acceptable even though they tried the usual cross selling. I think $93 for an oil change is a bit high (2015 small sedan) but that is the times we are living in. Invested less than that in a car jack and a couple of towers. I’m done with paying so much for basic services you can DIY.

Waited 45 minutes. They finished a car that pulled in 20 minutes after me. I didn't have anything extra done. Oil change and filter. Slowest moving people i’ve ever seen. Manager sat in the office.

The Barker Cypress location changed the oil in my truck. They undefiled my oil 3 QUARTS. You would think for 150.00 oil change, they would check. I typically change my but this time need it done quick due.to a trip. Noticed the lack of oil 1000 miles from here. So stay clear of this group.

Quick service. The team here is engaging and fun. They educated me on a few things I wasn’t aware of as well. There was one young lady working and she did a great job, I didn’t catch her name.

Service was great and much appreciated! The guys were good and polite. My only complaint was that they didn’t have my filter that was filthy, they also did not have the Oil change reminder stickers. Overall, nice work!

I took my car in for an oil change and a few days later my low pressure light was on. I checked my oil and it was so low there was nothing on the dip stick. I had to file a claim and get it towed. The mechanic confirmed Take 5 did not attach my oil filter and a couple of other things correcting. My jeep was down to under 1 quart of oil!! I’ve been without a car for 2 days now, waiting on Take 5 to approve the mechanic to fix what they have damaged!
DO NOT GO TO TAKE 5!!!

These guys are quick and friendly. They're hilarious to listen to when you're getting your oil change here.
I like their work atmosphere. Most other Take-5 locations act miserable like they don't want to be here. Each time I've been to this location, everyone seems happy to be there. Even in this Texas heat.
I am missing a pin for my skid plate, so I keep it zipped up so it doesn't hang. These guys even replaced my zip ties after the oil change. How nice is that?
