After reading previous reviews of the exact same experience it’s a waste of my time but going to do it anyway. The employees at the food area are extremely incompetent and have no idea what they’re doing. They never want to do their job, they will charge you one day for something and the next day a totally different price for the same thing. Manager seems slightky below average but has no idea what he’s doing with his staff and it shows as so many people below me is saying the same thing. Probably the most ridiculous gas station I’ve been to.

We had a tornado in Cypress 5-16-24, and we lost power and began running our generator. I had three 5 gallon gas-pans. I went here to buy gas. After filling my three 5 gallon gas-pans, the pump read 16.135 gallons. So I went inside the store and asked for my receipt. After getting my receipt, I asked the cashier how often they calibrate the fuel pumps. He said corporate does it very often. Then he gave me a second answer and said that they were running on generator power. Then another cashier said that it might be a mistake. I responded by saying “yes, it’s a mistake I'm paying for.”

I came to the store at 3am and the young lady had the doors locked saying the store was closed and I thought this store was 24 hours as it’s always been. There was no sign on the door stating this.

I've never been so disgusted. Only came in for an Horchata drink. They were out, asked if one cashier can possibly refill it, as he was going to do so, he put on gloves without washing his hands, then goes to get the syrup to make it and heads to the sink.
I never knew this is how the prepare it.
Management needs to do better, mold everywhere. Just dirty all around. I had no choice but to walk away. Pictures for reference

Horrible location. Condiments not fully stocked. Machines out of product. Store employees standing around chatting and not offering assistance.

Full car up, got car wash code was invade, ask clerk to put back on credit card , you have to come back in morning she say, 10 dollars down the drain , plus car plus wasn't working any way

Good service, and in all the time I have been here, no one has taken the time to tell me what each taco is and today Ms. Adelelys who served me surprised me with her kindness and her efficient work.

Courtney was so awesome. So polite, helpful and friendly. Talk about professional when he'd been there since 4am this morning worked the whole day without any breaks (illegal) and was still there at 8:20pm!!! The fact that management/owners are not only okay with this sort of abuse but encourage no breaks during a 16 hour shift is disgusting.
