Dropped in on a Wednesday for the No Gi class. Coach Dayron showed some great techniques and the live rolls were great! The gym was clean and everyone was very friendly. Drop by if you’re I the area.

This place is perfect to train. And is a growing family. Plenty of arts to choose from. Good environment for kids. And much more growing to come. Very happy to be a part of this team and it was right down the street from me.
