We had a very positive, hassle free experience with Storeroom. They were timely in their responses and very helpful in advising us on the size unit we needed. I had originally picked a unit size that I thought would work so they reserved that unit. But also, they had a good idea that we would need something bigger. So they set aside a larger unit for us just in case what I selected was not large enough. And they were right. We needed the larger storage and it was immediately available for us. Such a nice thing to have that option when you are trying to move things and your stress level is already high.
