The lady is honest but the older gentleman who runs the cleaners is always trying to cheat. Never gives u receipts after u pay and charges few cents to few dollars more than amount due each time you pay . When caught, doesn't even apologize. Extremely unprofessional guy. No shame cheating customers

I love this cleaners. Excellent service. I moved away from the area and I still drive an extra 15 mins to take my clothes there. They provide excellent service and understand fabrics.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I have used them for over 10 years and they have started charging a 3% surcharge NOT for using a credit card but to pay for the fee their vendor charges them for them machines they use. What a bunch of crooks

Went to drop off my clothes thursday afternoon and told the lady at the front desk that I need it ready by friday afternoon because I have a wedding to go to friday evening. Lady said “come back friday at 2 or 3 theyll be ready”. Went back friday at that time and it was a different guy who told me that my clothes will be ready by Monday. Liars. I began questioning how dry cleaning a suit, pants and shirt costs $8 so cheap. Now I see why. Never going to them again.

Pressed shirts always come back with creases in the wrong place. Starch is nonexistent. Overall no quality control. Won't go back even though it is in my neighborhoodService: Alterations

To be fair, this review isn't a full review as I have only dropped off my clothes so far. I will update this post once I get my dry cleaning back. Stonegate Cleaners gets a 5 star review (so far) because of the great customer service, low prices and the layout/ look of the facility. A quick glance around showed a great deal of customers utilizing Stonegate Cleaners. Historically I do not use cleaners and try to stretch out each service, but if each experience is like my initial one here, I will dry clean my clothes a lot more frequently.

We frequently go to this location but they have lost our clothes about 10 times and offer nothing for the inconvenience. Messed up shorts and all. We kept going to them because it's close but it's starting to get tiresome. Will be looking for a new company to try soon

I’ve been using them for a few months . Most of the time everything is fine . I always tell them no starch . The last two times the shirts come back starched. I take them home wash them and take them back . Now I have a major problem. I got my daughter a Tory Burch sweater for Christmas. She wore it once . I took it there . Well , my daughter calls me in tears . They ruined her sweater .I go pick it up from her , it has a thread pulled across the front and a large snag . It’s a 350.00 cashmere sweater . I know cleaners and they never accept responsibility. I’m taking it in tomorrow but I don’t have high hopes !

I will never use this cleaners again! Even though it's in the entrance of my community, they have terrible customer service. I walked in and not a welcome, hi or hey. After I received my garments, they didn't say, thank you! I asked, you all don't tell customers thank you after they've done business with you? Then they said thank you. This was my second time going to this cleaners. The first time was after I got off shift, and I couldn't remember if they greeted me or not. I thought maybe I was fatigued from being up all night and just didn't hear them. Today confirmed it for me. I normally use the cleaner on F.M. 529 across from Walmart and they're very nice. They are very sweet and even remember my name.
