Bad Service and disrespectful Owner tries to blame customer for bad experience and wont admit there wrong.
So i called and asked if they could put a few things to side with my name on it and my mom would be up within the hour or so to get it (she has never been there before and asked if i could call and tell them what i want so she didn't mess the order up) ( 2=packs of brisket burgers 1= power pack 6= bottles of seasons) also i asked for 16=elk burgers as to the lady said they had some premade in packages but then said they didn't she said it would be 2 or 3 hours before they were ready so i said don't worry about elk burgers and i would take the other stuff they wanted a 50 dollar deposit for exotic meat which is understandable (but i didn't get the exotic meat because it would take to long ) the other items were already made or prepacked in store. When my mom arrived at store and asked the lady about my order she rudely said you have to go over to that counter and ask them while she was waiting in line the lady then proceed to go get some items and say she had them at counter ( don't be rude about something then try and help) my mom finally got everything together and while trying to check out the lady was rude and disrespectful and trying to rush her. All i asked for was a few things be set aside to help my mom out since i couldn't make it by store ( I've been buying here since they opened this location but like always one bad incident can ruined it all) i also made a review on Facebook to the response from owner was more trying to bash me as a cheap skate on not wanting to put a deposit down which i didn't even have on order and nothing to do with the rudeness and disrespect to us as customers

Best steaks in town. Unmatched. I picked up a couple prime cut filets yesterday, and they were absolute butter. Great cuts paired with excellent service! Friday brisket burger special is ?, too!

Finally stopped in after driving by this place daily for the past couple of years. Wow, regret that I haven't stopped in sooner. Great selection and I got some amazing ribeye steaks and some really good pineapple teriyaki bratwursts that were just amazing! So full of flavor.
Guy behind the counter and the lady at the register were very friendly. Can't wait to go back and try some of their other offerings.
This place would make Hank Hill proud. Remember the episode where he gets lousy steaks from Megalo Mart and then joins the coop at Appleseed's and has the best steak of his life? Yeah... it's like that here at Stone Cold Meats.

Very nice!!! They have a Brisket Burger on Fridays that is worth selling a kidney for!!! Anddddd. It's only $8. Meats are fresh and generous for the price. Stop reading reviews on this place and go now!!! Then come back and give them as many stars as you can give!!!

You just can't do better than Stone Cold Meats!!!! Fresh ground meat to any kind of wonder steak you are hungry for. It truly takes you back to the days of real meat markets.....guess I am showing my age a little. Mouth watering steaks are hard to get in a grocery store but is what you get with Stone Cold Meats. As you can tell, I HIGHLY recommend everyone needs to check out Stone Cold Meats. It's not just beef they have fantastic chicken too! Also check out their seasoning, you will not be disappointed!

Stone Cold Meats delivered tonight! The steak was full of juicy flavor and filled my plate with juice. Cooked medium reverse sear.. pro tip: Don't forget that delicious steak garlic butter! It sure does set off your steak!! ?

I love this place!! Great selection of meat here. I strongly recommend stopping here for all your grilling and smoking meats at a bare minimum. And then so sided some staples you typically get from your grocer.

I have been shopping here since they opened we their Cypress location and I’ve always had a wonderful experience. The quality of the foods is top notch but the customer service is absolutely incredible.
