I have been using this cleaners for years. For clothes they have done a great job. However I took my Croscrill comforter to be dry cleaned and it has been ruined.

I have used this company several times - for alterations - pressing - and cleaning. They always remember me. They are very kind, and they were one of the first ones to follow all the health and safety mandates of the Pandemic in 2020.Also, their prices are the BEST in town, and they do the BEST work I have seen also. If I could give this place less then 1 star I would. The customer service & professionalism is piss poor! Owner & management were extremely difficult and refused to reimburse me in full for clothes THEY RUINED! They ruined all 4 pieces of clothes that I brought in and lied & led me on for a week claiming they could fix them. They stripped the colors from my clothes and put holes in them. If you value your clothes don’t bring your clothes here, because they don’t nor their customers.

Best dry cleaner in my life. I've had others shrink, fade, lose clothes, you name it. I've given numerous dry cleaners in the area a chance. Been there for years and wish I'd found them sooner.

I had been Coming here for over a year because the girls that work here are so amazing. I spend an average of $50 a week on my husbands work clothes. I brought my very expensive BCBG dress that I had just bought and worn once to have it cleaned. I specifically told them to be careful with it, and when I picked it up it had been destroyed !! I spoke to the owner and he offered me $20, the dress had cost me over $500 and I told him he should pay half as I'm a good customer and he would make his money back in just a few weeks. He refused and instead of seeing the bigger picture and not losing a good customer he let his pride get in the way and lost a customer forever! Awful

After being a weekly customer for 3+ years I am sad to say I will no longer be using Sterling. I had an issue where they had my clothes and I needed to rush my coat for an unexpected trip. Unfortunately they could not provide the coat to me and the lady I spoke with could have not been less concerned. Sadly customer service is not as important to Sterling as it is to me. I will be switching dry cleaners.
