No stars actually!! Ordered piece on July 10th and still not received. Paid in full upon ordering. We have tried calling,messenger , email every way possible and have never gotten a response. Very distasteful way to run a business and I bet the owner will not comment and thank me for my review!

I was trying to wait on doing a review but then I called the number listed for this company and it is no longer in service. I ordered a piece in July and have not received any followup emails or calls about the status of my order. I emailed the company in August and inquired about the status of my order. I received a general response email advising someone would get back to me within 24 - 72 hours. It is almost a month later and I have not heard from anyone at the company. I would encourage anyone to not place an order as it seems the business may not be open any longer. I have called their number for the last 2 weeks and have only gotten the number is no longer in service message.

I made a order for a bed a few weeks ago and I’m yet to receive any updates about my order smh I’ve called several times sent emails and dms and i still haven’t gotten any type of communication I don’t know if this store is still open for business but they DO NOT ANSWER EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS I BEEN CALLING for 3weeks now this is ridiculous I will be disputing my order is really a shame they take people money and don’t even give any type of communication it’s ridiculous because seeing online and on Instagram the store has nice pieces but do not order because you will be waiting for a long time and they will not reach out to you

Update: I just received an apologetic phone call with an update on a delivery date. If this all works out, I will update my review and change the rating.
Is this store still in business? Is it a scam? I hope not. I placed an order (OL2456SMN) on January 14, 2024 and paid in full. I have heard nothing regarding the status. I have sent multiple emails over several weeks and sent a message on Instagram. I also called the phone number listed and no one picks up. Still no response.

I absolutely love my items that I received the pictures received is a total wow factor to my formal living area…… Absolutely stunning…… to include the pillow covers and the accessories……. I will be a customer for life!

I ordered two nightstands and a dresser on 7/28/23. After many months of defensive and false promises of upcoming shipping the nightstands finally arrived 4 months later in November. We patiently waited for the matching dresser while again getting messages of false shipping expectations over and over and ultimately, they canceled the order in December saying their vendor didn't have it in stock. They were rude, defensive, and lied over and over again. They ultimately gave me a pathetic partial refund for the dresser that I paid in full up front and now they are ghosting me and not responding to my inquiries about the partial refund. I lost hundreds of dollars with this order. This is not an honorable, honest, or professional organization. Be warned, they will lie and rip you off. I can't wait to see what their lying response will be.

I placed an order July 28, 2023 and have sent two emails in October, patiently waiting on a response or my order that has been paid for and never received. Would someone please check the emails or my order OL2356SMN and send me information or a refund. Thank you.Thanks for the timely response. Would you please send me that cancellation and refund email. There is no refund to my bank which I will need to investigate and need proof of this refund from your your. I never received any type of follow up or cancellation about this order.This matter has been resolved in a timely fashion and I am very pleased with how it has been handled. I will continue to make purchases in the future.

UPDATE FROM TOV: “ Stage my Nest is my Wholesale customer. I remember she had 2 sofas on order for you with TOV. Only 1 had been paid for, so we shipped that 1. ”Like I originally said this lady is a SCAMMER & FRAUD! Why didn’t you pay for both of my sofas ?I don’t know or care why were attempts made on your site. I can assure you that it definitely was not me. You & your scammer business will not earn a penny of my money.This lady is a scammer and fraud. I placed my order with her in July. It is October and I still don’t have all of my furniture. Every time I contact her she says within 1 week it will ship. Now she changed to 2-3 weeks. Then I contacted Tov asking if I could receive my order sooner than 2-3 weeks. After months of waiting for my order she got mad that I contacted tov and canceled my order. None of these reviews is lying this lady is a fraud. She take the money then place the order on her own time. My guess is that she didn’t place my order with tov in July and spent the money that she received on whatever instead of being a business woman & placing the order so her client could received the items and been happy. If you choose to shop with this lady God BLESS YOUR EXPERIENCE ! I’m going to order directly from Tov now. The couch will be cheaper and I will receive it sooner. This lady is sad and pathetic. You will never go any further than this cypress store front. You will never prosper.
