I’m not sure if that’s how *Gen Owens* always treats her patients but she’s very unprofessional and I m not sure why she’s doing this job! I was so excited to take my child there for the first time seeing all the good Reviews for Dr Langley and I left there almost crying at the parking lot! I couldn’t get Dr Langley so I accepted whoever was available! After waiting for about 15 mins for her to attend to us she would not even allow me to tell her the reasons I brought my child ! SHE BASICALLY SAID MA’AM WE ONLY HAVE JUST 15min FOR EACH PATIENT SO I CAN ONLY ADDRESS WHAT IS ON THE APPOINTMENT ? and truly she didn’t even listen to me if the baby was having something serious God forbid that day he can’t be taken care of because it wasn’t stated on the appointment that was scheduled weeks ago! Like seriously ? she didn’t even touch the baby like I’m not a doctor or NP but at least I know you have to examine the baby! I was so disappointed!! And I wish I never went there to be treated like that!!!!!

Most of the people who work in this clinic has a wonderful attitude. Doctor Luchia foster is an angel. I love this clinic?they have compassion and patience for the patients.

Nice clinic be your location. The staff at front desk greet you with smile and the staff and nurses are all awesome ? Dr. Foster is the best she very polite and listen to your problems and she will take care the situation. Soon as possible… great job ?? I love this CLINIC

Omg!!! Beyond worst experience ever. The staff starting from the guy at the help desk , the medical assistants it was a joke in there. Waited with a toddler gor 1 hour before being seen. And no one even bother to visit my room and give me a update. Never again!! Worst worst ever

Such a welcoming, kind environment! The staff is super helpful, especially Brenda! You deserve a raise girl! Dr. Langley is fantastic—she’s empathetic, kind, and resourceful—she’ll treat you as best as she can and takes good care of you. My favorite PCP! ✨

Dr. Nguyen in the dental department is so unprofessional! This clinic needs to FIRE HER ASAP!!!! she is not professional, insults the coworkers, and has an attitude with patients! The staff is friendly but that doctor is trash! Soon i will file a complaint about her and if they won't do anything i will file a complaint to the owner of the clinic! And the city of Houston to review that place and so called doctor!

The entire staff was nice, especially Dr. Green and Lazaro! I felt very comfortable. The wait was kind of long, but everything else was great.
