I got a haircut at the Cypress Creek Plaza (9814 Fry Rd) location. The manager, Stephanie, was AWESOME! She was super friendly. Said good morning as soon as me and some other guys were walking in, and made sure we felt welcome and cared for as customers. She was very friendly during the haircut, providing feedback and making sure I was content with the work on my hair. She knows what she is doing as a hairstylist and as a manager. The store owners should be happy to have her as a manager! Kudos to Stephanie and her team!

Online check in is a joke, manager could care less. Checked in, said 0 minutes until game time, arrive less than 5 minutes after checking in, manager tells me its 47 minutes and doesn't know why online check in would tell me I'm up, as my stylist is on lunch now, lol.
Previous time, I got a text that said I'm up next and to head this way, arrived and waited an hour for my stylist.
After explaining my frustration and commenting on the inefficiency, manager said "thank you".
Unfortunately, I will pay a little more elsewhere going forward as to not waste my time and not have a "Manager" not care less or offer an alternative.

BEWARE-STAY AWAY! I got a haircut at SportClips (Fry Location) and asked ALI (hairstylist) for a mid to high fade. After ALI finished with the fade I noticed the fade was lower than usual and I politely asked ALI if she could raise the fade a little higher…ALI suddenly gets triggered & starts arguing with me, keep in mind it’s a quick 2-3 minute fix! The entire 2-3 minutes ALI is arguing with me, acting in a very unprofessional manner cutting my hair aggressively, rolling her eyes and at the end, yanks off the cape. At the register, ALI doesn’t even acknowledge me, not even a simple thank you! ALI simply says “NEXT” in a rude manner! I have NEVER been treated like this at any barber shop in my 43 years. ALI is disrespectful, ALI is rude and ALI is the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL stylist I have ever encountered. ALI was reported to Sport Clips Corporate.Service: Haircut

Good overall, if you get first before open make sure you line up outside people won’t respect if you are waiting in the car.
