Waited for a long time and I was told I was next and the hair dresser took someone before me. I have a birthday dinner I was already late for. I am very upset and I was willing for anyone else to take me.

I have been to the Cypress location several times and always had great service. I saw Alicia today and she got me going quickly and took the tine to go over my cut preferences. She noticed some of my problem areas and discussed her plan for those as well. End result was a great haircut and some fun conversation with her and the other stylist working. Highly reccomend!

Online check in is a joke, manager could care less. Checked in, said 0 minutes until game time, arrive less than 5 minutes after checking in, manager tells me its 47 minutes and doesn't know why online check in would tell me I'm up, as my stylist is on lunch now, lol. Previous time, I got a text that said I'm up next and to head this way, arrived and waited an hour for my stylist. After explaining my frustration and commenting on the inefficiency, manager said "thank you". Unfortunately, I will pay a little more elsewhere going forward as to not waste my time and not have a "Manager" not care less or offer an alternative.

So ridiculous hair stylist yesterday her first name is P. Not friendly at all and she doesn’t know how to cut a hair! And she asked other stylist to fixed my hair omg! Rosha and Mimi are the best as always!!!

Been a long time customer until yesterday. I use the same stylist every visit(once I find the right one). She has a light schedule it seems and never there(thats fine). I have been trying to get in to see her for awhile, checking the online when she is available. Finally, yesterday she was on the online schedule. I left early from work(hour drive) to finally get a haircut. About to exit and went online, she wasnt on there. So i called store(young girl speaks to soft and barely hear her), she said my stylist is leaving for the day. Asked her to ask the stylist who she would recommend when gone. She said sorry she is already out the door. So, I said thats fine I wont be back and to another sports clips again! TY

Time is money and this crew has no concept of that. Went there and was put to the back of the line several time with a first available standing. There are a number of haircut establishments that would love to accommodate the public without playing games and I will be visiting them.Service: Beard trim

I’ve been going here for over two years, I live 35 minutes away but make the drive every two weeks because I’d rather not go any place else. Roshara has been my stylist for the last two years and I’m convinced she’s the only one that knows exactly how I want my hair, she is part of my family along with the rest of the staff, I’ve never had a bad haircut here and can confidently say I never will have a bad haircut here! If i could give them ten stars I would.Service: Haircut
