I go here often, and usually have no issues. I use the on-line app to get in line, select a stylist then I show up and I get a hair cut. For whatever reason today I follow this process, drive all the way there, sit down, and the screen shows me as "On Deck". Then my selected stylist walks out and they proceeds to call a person with no reservation (first available), resetting my wait time to 20 minutes, when I had already "waited" on line. What is the point of the app and the on-line reservation if they just do whatever. People have time lines and schedules and cant just sit in a lobby to hope to win the hair cut lottery. Any way, I will be finding a new place to go. If you use the app, best of luck.

My son and I both had a terrible experience! I used someone and explained my haircut and then did not get what I asked for and I don’t think she understood me. Went again the following day with my son who has the trendy mullet! I asked for hair to be removed from behind his ears not length of the back and they took a solid inch of hair of his neck line
If you don’t understand , ask don’t improvise

If you haven't got the shampoo here, you need to, it's what keeps me coming back!Don't buy their hair products, got some pomenade, when I got home discovered it was out of date and totally liquified.

My teen went here and Kim gave him the absolute worst haircut!! He said to tidy up the sides and keep the top curls long. She literally cut all the curls off!! Horrific! Do not ever go here!

Saturday November 11th, veterans day, my VET called to see if they were participating in the free haircuts for veterans and they said yes. Great! He went up there and when it got time to pay he was charged!! With only a $2 discount...I reached out promptly to resolve this matter to only be told the owner wasn't in. Left my name and number, when my call wasn't returned I called Monday, again owner wasn't in. Finally today I had enough and demanded they reach out to the owner and I expected a call by the end of the day. Within 10 minutes my call was finally returned by the owner. Who said we should have checked online... we did our due diligence and called the location directly and was told they were participating in the free haircuts for our VETs! The owner then informed me she didn't tell her staff they only offer a dicount of $2. So because she didn't do her due diligence and educate her staff my VET was charged. She refused to offer a refund and instead offered a free haircut next month only after I expressed my displeasure. That isn't what I asked for, I requested the money to be refunded. When I addressed this she hung up on me. Not once but twice! $2 is a slap in the face of a discount. Might as well not even offer a discount seeing as that's not even 10% My VET isn't one to go around asking for handouts and discounts just because he served. But he went ahead and did this haircut promotion due to being long over due for a cut and funds being tight. This is where he got his haircut usually, but they have lost our business for good.What also should be noted is they ask for donations to go towards the program for VETs haircuts. Where is that money going? Not to our VETs!

Walked in about an hour before close. Two women employees were sitting on the chairs in the front, neither acknowledged me. I signed in myself and sat down. I was the only person there, they both seemed to be nodding to each other as to who was going to cut my hair. A couple mins passed and one of them finally got up and took me back. Haircut was fine, but I felt like an inconvenience the whole time. I even asked if they closed when I thought, just to ensure I didn’t come in at closing time. They still had an hour left to be open. Not sure what was going on. I wanted the triple play, but didn’t want to ask. I’ll go back to the one that was further away from me just to be treated better.
