I called today to ask a few questions while I was on the website in the process of joining. The gentleman that answered the phone was not friendly and sounded as if I was bothering him. Definitely refreshed the page to remove my info and will not be joining. Not very welcoming at all.

I am so impressed with this place. It is so very clean, and Jimmy is just the best! He explained everything and I even signed up for physical training. I highly recommend this location.

Snap Fitness is the best "small gym" you can find in the Cypress area. From the gym being open 24/7, to the gym having all the equipment you need to get a great workout in, Snap Fitness has set the standard high!

Tried to call to in advance to purchase a day pass. The guy who answered the phone didn’t answer kindly, he answered the phone saying “yeah?”. I had to ask him if it was Snap fitness I was calling, just to be sure since he threw me off with how his tone was.He also refused to take a card payment for a day pass and said “$20 cash only for day pass”. I’m wondering why card payments aren’t accepted ….I was trying to pay for a day pass over the phone and join my boyfriend later on in the evening after their staffed hours. I even volunteered to fill out a guest waiver if that’s what they require. He didn’t budge, and very rudely told me that I could only bring him $20 in cash before 6:30pm.I run a gym, and here, if people want to get a $10 day pass, I can run their payments over the phone or they can pay at our self checkout kiosk in person outside of staffed hours. I would never answer the phone in that tone and manner. Not to mention, I don’t turn away paying customers and always find a way to help them get a workout in, even if it’s just for a day.The guy that was manager here at Snap previously, George, was a kind and very personable guy. It’s a shame that he left and that they didn’t replace him with a decent manager.

Ok gym with 24 hour access. Cardio and weight equipment is in serious need of an update/repair. The tops of the selection buttons on most of the treadmills are missing. Weight benches are either wrinkled or torn from wear. I was a member when the gym opened. It was so nice. Now it's sad to see what it's become.

Do not go here. Poorly maintained, dirty, something about the guy running it is off. I joined in January the website stated there was a deal for monthly fee and no sign up fee. The guy said he’d honor this then I noticed two charges on my acct. I tried to have one of these refunded he denied all knowledge of it despite it coming from the same source. At that point I requested my membership be canceled and he refused. Go to Simple Gym or LA Fitness avoid this place.

You should be more friendly when someone calls your business. Definitely not even going to consider going here after a quick phone call conversation and hearing how rude “the owner” was. Two thumbs down ?? ??

Love it here. Yes the staff is friendly and they remember you. There are a tons of different machines to choose from. I love the space and set up. You can't go wrong joining this gym.

My sister sister joined while she was living with me for a couple of months. She tried to cancel when she moved out of town. But the manager was never there. When she signed up they said she could cancel over the phone but won't do it. They also say that they will let me go in and cancel for her, but I cannot catch a manager in the office to do the cancelation. Now they have have charged her 3 times the orginal fees. This is ridiculous and no way to run a business. I recommend you DO NOT SIGN UP unless you plan on being charged forever!
