I have always had a great experience with Sherwin Williams' employees. Not this time, not at this store.
Not everyone is an expert in paints and it those situations, it takes patience and to collect the information needed to help the customer.
I interacted with a rude lady. Rather than answers such as "that is not what I need" or "that doesn't help me"... getting me to answer what information from the picture she needs would have been helpful.
It was past 5 pm, so the store was not busy!

Came in during a Monday rush. The managing staff members did a great job at making sure I got all the correct products for my project. Very thankful for their quick and meticulous service, I'll gladly be coming back for all my paint needs.

Stopped in to grab a couple cans of spray paint.There is no need to speak on the Sherwin brand as it is one of the best paint you can purchase.The assistant manager, Nate, was extremely helpful and helped me find the right paint for my needs. As well as future needs, thank you Nate!

This store was immaculate. The assistant manager, and his associate ( Nathan, and DJ) were very knowledgeable, and super helpful. I normal buy paint from hardware stores. Because of my experience at this store I will always buy paint from Sherwin-Williams.Thanks
