Can I remove a car? No
Can I remove a driver? No
Change of address? Extra $100 a month
Single driver, single vehicle paid off: $521/mo
Closed my account and gave my refund to someone else.
You'd be better off getting a ticket for No insurance than to ever deal with this office.

Shannon is too busy to talk to you. Words from an agent there
edit: well you should listen again because i was told you were to busy to talk to customers because you have other businesses that you manage, and that's why you have staff. so yes i stand behind my review. maybe you can learn from this, that if your going to represent people as there agent you should make your self more available. i did not want a quote, again you are mistaken, i am already an all state customer.
