The level of customer service I received from this place starting with the front desk gentleman Andy was superb! Wish I could give it 10 stars. Work was amazing and fast. They even showed great above and beyond appreciation due to I traveled 45 miles just to get service from their location. I will be making that drive again. Keep up the amazing Customer Service!

Made an online appointment for my state inspection on 9/13/24. Got a call from one of the representatives(I think his name was Danny) the next morning(9/14) explain that the company that created the website didn’t account for the state of Texas(can’t make appointments for state inspections, first come first serve basis). So I instantly came in(8:15am). Had only 2 ppl in front of me, so it was like an hour wait. Mellow environment to wait so it wasn’t bad.

Made an appointment for a car inspection at 4pm. They didn't take my car in the shop for another 50 minutes. It didn't take long to complete the inspection, but why bother having appointments if you still make your customer wait. Honestly I'd never bring my car here except for the inspection, and after this year, I won't have to go back.

Went in for a State Inspection, had a little wait but not bad. Great service for what my vehicle was in for, plus they did a courtesy inspection. Quick and easy.

I'm new to the area and I was looking for a great overall experience. I can tell that the guy that checked me in, Andy (I believe that is his name), was great and gave me good advise about some questions I had. Everything was great until I got my truck back, after an oil change... the interior (white) of my truck was stained with oil all over the drivers seat and the board... I'm not too happy about it, especially being the first oil change I have to do to the vehicle. I don't believe I will go back for service... thanks!
