NO RETURNS & NO EXCHANGES AFTER 30 DAYS-no matter what!!!! They require proof of purchase as well-no matter what. So receipt or purchase must be identified. Don't make the drive to do a return, because if it's over 30 days, they will not even give you store credit! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING UNLESS YOU ARE 100% SURE!!! They would not let me exchange, take store credit, or return a dress and two dress shoes!!! I will say the employees are helpful and nice. They have a good selection on the men's side. Golf clothes, some suits, slacks, some shoes. Smaller selection on the women's side. You may be able to find a dress, shoes, and sunglasses. They have some jeans. It's hit or miss.

Don’t feel like Saks off 5th, I will constantly observing this place is getting back to worst in terms of quality and options to select from. It didn’t feel like a premium outlet collection at all.

Terrible people working at the checkout counter and i'm sure manager hand selected these clowns. Week of Christmas, went shopping. The cashiers openly talked in front of me about how they hate listening to Christmas music at the store and they are 'so disgusted' that the store has "forced" them to listen to such music by playing it in the store all the time. Little do they know, that the people actually coming to the store in the week of Christmas, are coming there because they are shopping for Christmas. Their arrogance is mind-blowing. It's not about them. It's about the customers coming there to spend money for an important holiday, and I'm not even Christian. Don't like the music, go somewhere else. Your job is not for you to enjoy your hand-selected music choices in the store.Aside from that, the store is a mess. Everything is lying everywhere and mixed up, so you can't find the right size etc easily. And no one seen walking around to help. Another great department store destroyed by a diseased mentality.

Good store, lots of selection. Sometimes the outlet can be more expensive than the regular Sack's discount stores in-town.

Good stock but the employees need to be trained to be respectful towards their customers. I don’t know why every-time there is one or the other guy working at the store is rude.

Cashier didn't give me all of my bags. When I realized it about an hour later the bag was being held for me. Glad they're honest.

Truly, the Cypress location deserves "0" stars. I ordered a pair of Alexander McQueen shoes online in a size 40. When they arrived, I opened the box to discover 1 shoe was a size 40, the other shoe was a size 38. I called customer support, explained and asked if I could return them to any store. The rep confirmed I could and sent me an email for the in-store return option.Today, 1/16/23 I went to the Cypress, TX store to do a return. The cashier began the return after I showed her the email. She then said she had to verify something and walked away. She returned and told me I have to mail the item back to do a return and I need to contact customer service. I told her, as I just previously stated, I've already contacted customer service, not only did they tell me I could return the shoes to any Off 5th location but also sent me an email that cleary states "return in store". The cashier was speaking to someone she claims is a manager named Aeriel on her headset. This person was literally standing steps away, in view. I asked to speak with a manager and this Aeriel person came over.Aeriel tried to tell me they cannot accept online returns and that I have to mail the return back. I told her the same thing I told the cashier and showed her the email I was provided with by customer service. After going back and forth and her continuing to lie and say they cannot refund the item because it was purchased online, finally she proceeded to process the return. She then turned her back while I was still standing at the register. I continued standing there waiting for a "thank you", "sorry for the trouble", something. She proceeded to walk away without saying anything so I went to ask if that was it, and without stopping, turning to me or making eye contact, she nastily replied "we're done".I asked one of the other cashiers if there was another manager there I can speak to. She said Aeriel is the only manager. I told her I was not done speaking to Aeriel and she needs to learn a better way to handle customers. She said she would go get Aeriel. As I walked over to the shoe area, the cashier came from the back and said Aeriel is on a call. I could hear them talking while I was standing there. Aeriel was not on a call. She was too much of a rude, disrepectful coward to come back out and face me.If this Aeriel is really a manager, it speaks to the type of people that work there. She is in no way fit to be a leader. She's tacky, ignorant and unprofessional. I asked the cashier for the name of the next higher up manager and the info for corporate. She refused to give me any info. I called customer service and was placed on an excessive hold to be escalated only to be told they only have an email for customer service. Saks Off 5th is just that, OFF! I will never give my business to a store that treats consumers like this.Aeriel was likely trying to avoid doing a refund for an item they cannot sell because it's 2 mis-matched shoes. Too bad! This is not my fault as a customer that I paid that type of money for a high end designer pair of shoes and was sent 2 different size shoes. This is yet proof of the level of incompetence with the people they employ. There is no way any intelligent person would ship shoes without ensuring they are both the same size prior to boxing and prepping for shipping. Thanks for the refund that I was due Aeriel. I hope it counts against the Cypress store and you! Your corporate store will be hearing more about this experience.

Not impressed. A door "must remain unlocked during business hours" was locked. Not the only door locked mine you. This is a Fire Safety Hazard. Glad to see a store with so little care for The Law and for their Customers and Employees Safety. There is no excuse for this behavior.

Bad experience. The prices on the labels are misleading.I stood in line to buy some glasses and when it was my turn they told me that the price tag was wrong. They should have respected the price tag and they didn't! They just said it was their mistake but that they wouldn't sell it to me at that price.
