DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS!!! They will quote you a price and then try and up charge you!! Went online and got a price for 4 bedrooms, stairs and deodorization. Had a appointed scheduled for 2 pm. Got a call at 11:15 am that they were at the house. Strike one. I rushed over to let them in. Immediately the tech started talking about the 3 different levels of cleaning and how much per square foot it would cost. I said "No, I got a price online for carpet cleaning." I then showed him the quote. He called his boss named Gene. The tech was great and just doing his job. Gene is the real POS here. He said that the online system doesn't have the option to quote the variables. I told him that I understood but that's really not my problem and you shouldn't offer the online quote option if you're not going to honor the price. Then come to find out, the "carpet cleaning" isn't even shampooing the carpet's. It's basically just vacuuming. Unless of course you want to pay more. DO NOT USE!!!

I went online and booked a 5 pm appointment for cleaning of 5 rooms. Received a confirmation and the total price for the services was suppose to be $150. At 5 pm, no technician. So I called at 5:30 to find the office closes at 4 pm. I left numerous messages. I received a text at 5:43 that a technician was on the way. At 6:40, he arrives and I was not pleased and commented that this was 5 pm appointment. He said it was a busy day. I mentioned it would be courteous to let someone know you would be over an hour late to the appointment. He said he would inspect the rooms and give me an estimate. I said my booking quote stated $150.00. His reply is that the website provides and estimate not final cost. Upon his inspection, he quote with unnecessary treatments (all I wanted was a simply cleaning of the carpet) was $ 745.00. But since he was late the best he can do is $400. I said I only expected to $150. He then said well, maybe $ 330. I have 2- 10X10 bedrooms, 1 small 9X13 front area, standard living room, and 1 - 14X12 master room. I did not need hall or closets done. The carpet is not heavily soiled (one stain in the living room). Needless to say, I did not get the carpet done and now I have to find someone else on short notice.

Chris did an amazing job on our carpets. It was left spotless after our pet had an accident. The service was amazing and we will definitely use Safe Dry on the future.

honestly feel like I was taken advantage from this company. They advertised 3 rooms for $88 so I told her I needed to have the master bedroom done as well and she gave me a quote of a $150 - $160. When the technician showed up he quoted me $550 for 3 rooms and one master master bedroom. I told him that is not what they advertised, it was very deceptive and a classic BAIT AND SWITCH SCHEME. I could understand it being 20 or $30 more for pet stains however this is over 3 times that cost that I was quoted. I will never be doing business with them again and will be filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau. So I asked the technician to do just the one of the smaller bedrooms that had the pet stains in there and I was charged $185, that's over twice the amount that the 3 for $88 package was all about. It's a total scheme.

This company is not reliable. They were scheduled and did not show and did not call. I called to inquire and was told I was too far for the technician. Why schedule me if I was too far for their service. I could have called someone else. Poor customer service and lack of consideration. Shirley L

Never uses the steam cleaning process again! This place uses a small amount of water and no chemicals, and it works! I am blown away by the results in bedroom. Chris knows what he is doing! This carpet has never looked or felt this good.
