I get there at 5:26pm and walked in. No greeting just what do you need done. I say pedicure and was about to say get my daughter and niece nails painted but she cut me off. Said we don’t have time. Shop close at 7:00 but ok my first and last time ever going there. I’ll spend my money some where else. That lady with the bad attitude ma’am you caused this company to lose any potential business with me going forward

I walked in at 7:20 and I asked for a pedicure and the lady very rudely said “You can come back tomorrow I’m busy” so I will never ever in a million years give such rude people my money. I won’t be back

So first off I usually never go here for nothing special, typically a quick pedicure because that’s usually all they are good for. I got very short, natural acrylic nails, and a basic pedicure I usually get the luxury pedi but at this salon it is NOT WORTH IT. My middle nail just came off, very very short nails so I didn’t chip it or bend it back or anything that would occur with long nails. I was rushed I have three small cut/burn on 3 different fingers because the guy literally rushed. Behind the nail is all caked up with nail glue & acrylic. The lady who did my feet rushed me, did not complete anything and went and got on her phone in the back. The packets of product are very little and I’m not exaggerating she had to use water to try and spread my exfoliating scrub which then defeated the purpose. They put their products in old product holders like a empty petroleum jelly jar has my scrub in there!!! And for what I’m paying I would think that I would get at least what I paid for done but no your on their time even when you walk in and they are not busy they will still not take care of you. No price was discussed actually nothing was discussed unless I bothered to bring it up. This is literally two days after me getting my nails done. My. XL nails last longer but they are done by my nail tech as well but how hard is it to mess up a short and basic set!! I’m so upset, do not go here there are other salons who do services for affordable prices with quality work. I’m so disappointedServices: Acrylic nails
