This is the worst. I arrived asking for help. I don't know anything about tires or changes. In my first stay, he greeted me with a bad attitude and didn't even let me explain what I needed. My tires are new and he just told me it will cost you $70 used with an attitude. rubbish if he doesn't want to work he should give his place to someone else

I went in to replace a punctured tire. Romero and his trigger happy helper worked on the car. Well he stripped and cross threaded two holes in the wheel hub with his torque gun. Romero must've realized what happened because he suddenly told his helper to stop, went over and torqued the remaining screws himself. Then instead of owning up to it, he gave me the keys and said all was good.
I didn't realize what happened until I got home and tried to take the tire off. Two bolts were stuck at an angle and not in all the way.
I called to tell Romero. He pretended like he didn't understand and hung up.
So now a $25 tire install turned into a $300 wheel hub replacement, not including labor.

Bad attitude, they only want to sell you tires saying that yours are bad, I went to another center and they told me they were good and I only paid $35 for everything. And he wanted to sell me a tire and if not I would leave.

Needed a tire patch after finding a screw in the tread, and found Romero’s nearby. He did a great job getting the tire fixed and checking the air in the other tires. Very reasonable and fast service. We will be returning for future tire needs in the future also.
