I used to like coming here a lot, but sometimes it just doesn't make sense or unpleasant. Been coming here for years as a cypress, yet sometimes you get ID and sometime you don't. Seem like there's a lot of inconsistency in customer services. I came in this morning (02/06/2024)and got ID by the same person who didn't check last time. (I'm 27) I make sure to come in during certain times just to get certain staff members. Rocc, chuck and Bailey always seems to get it right and make coming in actually nice. everyone else I tend to just come back another time. Not worth dealing with idiotic people, especially when theirs 3 other smoke shops on the same street.

Was plesantly surprised that the shop was open for Christmas. The attending employee Rob had a great attitude and helped me find what I was looking for, and he offered great customer service even offering to dispose of my trash. Place is a 10/10 for their selection aswell as their staff

4 year update:Mathew is the greatest and is a big reason why I've been returning to this location more, as of recently.This is my favorite Cypress shop. Jacob and Emily always make sure my experiences are great. They are knowledgeable and helpful even when I am quite slow to decide. It's a slick looking shop, the selection is good, the prices are decent, and the service is great. I would recommend.

This is one of the best stores I’ve been to in a while. I met the district manager Chunk, who walked me through the premium vapes. I ordered the pax mini and he talked me through the long term roi. Go ask for my guy!
