I don't play around when it comes to hair; therefore, I ALWAYS go to the BEST and THE BEST master colorist is found at Hello Gorgeous Salon. JUDY IS THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS!!! She always knows what my hair needs and what treatment I should get. I get tons of compliments on my hair because Judy always knows how to nail the color of my highlights without making it dull. She brings out the shine and body, bounce and beauty without the damage of hair processing. I drive all the way from kingwood, TX. because this Salon and Judy are both stellar. ??????????

Loved, loved my Brazilian Blowout by Judy Gomez. She is so sweet and professional. I am addicted to this treatment. My hair is soft and no tangles or frizz. Saves me time to fix and no products needed. I don’t even have to dry it. It looks amazing even if it dries on its own. TY Judy !!

Had an incredible experience at the Reserve Salon with Tiffany! She knows what she’s doing when it comes to hair! She was able to get my dark brown hair to blonde with one session! My hair turned out amazing & I’m happy with the results! The place is a clean environment with a beautiful balcony view to relax for a bit when you’re done.

I had to file a complaint to the owner and I don’t even know she would receive it or not because everything seems under controlled by Ms. Val who called herself a general manager. Everything has to go through her even she wants to reply you or not. Ms. Val is very unresponsive and unprofessional in the way she works and communicates with her potential client. I don’t know if it was just only me got treated like that or this is how a manager supposed to be.
I understand that challenges may arise, but lack of communication and the dismissive tone in Ms. Val’s response left me disheartened. Regardless of her managerial role, I believe that respect and professionalism are integral in client interactions.

I got to Patty to do my hair and let me tell you…she’s AMAZING!! The bleach she uses isn’t damaging to my hair and there is minimum fall out after everything is done. She leaves my hair so soft, healthy, and fluffy!! My hair also smells sooo good after I leave this place. I definitely recommend going to my girl Patty Garcia (Casa Cabello) not only did she make me feel comfortable and safe, she also gave me a really good price which was the cherry on top.

I love the Reserve Salon and Spa at the Boardwalk in Towne Lake in Cypress, TX! It is a beautiful and spacious location overlooking the lake with a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. No matter what services you are seeking—nails, hair, skin—Reserve has several salons under one roof to serve your needs. The services I receive from Jules in Soigné Salon and Nichole in Cypress Wax Spa are always excellent, and the facility is always spotless. The spa manager, Val, is an absolute treasure and greets everyone with a welcoming smile. Not only is she warm and friendly, but she is knowledgeable and helpful. I have been using Reserve Salon and Spa for 3 years, and I will continue to return. I cannot recommend it enough!
