First time at this store. I rolled in 10 minutes until closing. The Temm was awesome, jumped right in to help me sort out what I needed. Looked up my purchase history for size info. Walked out with an awesome pair of new boots. Thanks for the help guys!!

Guy sent me 30 min to the "corporate store" in spring to exchange defective boots. Spring store told me he could have exchanged them, just didn't want to. Thanks jerk.Read your response. That is not true. You brought out the exact pair (size and style-I guess you don't remember) and compared that pair to mine to confirm the defect, and then when i asked if i could just trade for that pair you told me i had to go to a "cooperate" store and the closest one was in Spring. Does that ring a bell?

Great guys!! Shoes SUCK!!! I don't know what they have done to their shoes, but the are the most uncomfortable shoes!! I used to wear them all day and my feet were comfortable. Now, I wear them for 2 hrs and my feet hurt so bad it crazy. They hardly have a selection of women's shoes. They used to sell "A" width, now the smallest size the make is "B".I will not pay $200 for a pair of shoes, just for my feet to kill me.
