Extremely poor communication. Zero status updates.
Had to call several times to get a status updates (if they even answered the phone)
Work took WAY longer than quoted. Shop ordered wrong parts but tried to "make them work", and then tried to charge me for the correct parts and kept referring to "not wanting to get corporate involved" once we stated our frustration. Wife called to discuss status and cost and sales rep condescendingly asked "What don't you understand, Do you have a calculator?" When work was "complete", had to point out several areas that still needed work (overspray on camera, wiper blade arm not fully re-connected, etc). They didn't even remove all the plastic and tape used from the paint work. Unprofessional, poor quality, bad QC. Nothing good to say and will never go back. Would give less stars if possible.

The manager Jason and all employees are top notch. Best experience ever as far as insurance repair. He knows his stuff best customer service ever. He and his staff went above and beyond which u don't see these days. Go here you won't regret.

My vehicle was returned ahead of schedule. It looks beautiful. They kept I informed the whole way through. They did what they said they would and more; changing the way I feel about body shops. Update: Truck was cleaner on the inside than when bought off the lot.

Stopped by in January even after reading the no response reviews. I spoke to Jessica and she had me fill out a form and she took pictures of my car, she said someone will reach out to me with a quote. Nothing ever happened, so the reviews are true. I wonder if it has to do with not using insurance and paying out of pocket? Just wanted to add my two cents, turns out my car paint peeling falls under warranty. :)

What a pleasant surprise working with this business! I despise dealing with car stuff! I had a bad scratch on my car (got too close to the garage door frame). I pulled in and they fixed it up right away while I awaited and even had some nice conversation! So friendly and helpful! I did the same on my other care. I'll be stopping by Joe Hudson's again within the next two weeks!

The car was leaking break fluid after collision. We mentinoed to the rep; however, said that there was no leaks, even though the break light was on. By the way, the next day after we got the car back, all of the lights on the dash came on and I ended up taking the car to a mechanic so the could repair the mechanical part that they did not fix. Also the repair was supposed to take about 2 weeks but it was completed in 3 days, which they rushed it and neglected the mechanical part.

Brought my Highlander in after a fender-bender. More than pleased with the outcome. Great customer service, and high quality work. I was also pleasantly surprised when I found the interior spotless (should’ve seen it before, I have 2 young children, use your imagination).
