I Will NEVER return to place again. 2 cars, twice a month, for over 7 years. Once you depart the "automatic wash" section, that's when the challenge begins. Arrived at 12:36 pm. Left at 1:30 without completed service. After watching 3 employees clean 3 vehicles, then move one from behind mine to the front I went inside and asked for an employment application as it looked like they could use some help. "No
.we're not hiring. What do you want?" That's when the game began.....
When you put the wrong person in a position to interact with the public, you will lose business.
Asked for a full refund..denied.
"You have 29 days to return for full service..it's printed on the bottom of your receipt." When I showed her my receipt, she "snatched" it from me and wrote "customer will be back for service".
Nope. Just stay away as they certainly are content with the way they operating.

What is up with this new management? Went by there at 5:40 and they are totally closed. One person said compressor wasn't working. On person said they were slow??? How you gna close down early when online and on thr door says they close ar 6pm... and there's people there but claim to be closed? This place is not what it used to be. Take your business elsewhere. They've also ordered a lower price on the down low. So thr people they hire are no good.

Jennifer the counter lady is very sweet, very good at explaining car washes, I bring my wife’s new car every 3 months and it looks just as good as it did in the show room. I recommend this place

I should have listened to my gut and just kept going to the next place. Paid $115 for a wash, wax and interior. $80 for the pasty car wax - not the spray-on. Done in 15 mins??? I dont think so. I found dirt and a little bird poop on the top of my car, no wax at all on the side mirror casing. Water didnt bead up when I poured water on the trunk. Even the windows still had water spots from the car wash. Manager wouldn't refund the cash or finish the job. No worries, I'll never come back. I hope that $80 last!
