If I could give 0 stars I would, I live not to far from this car wash, I have NEVER had a problem with vacuuming at the car wash sometimes I would get a car wash and sometimes I would just use the vacuum, I was never told that I couldn't use the vacuum if I didn't wash my car. So it was raining today and I only needed to vacuum and they were open so me and another lady pulled up to vacuum to her car aswell and they weren't on and that's normal usually if no one is at the vacuums when it rains but normally when they see us pull up they turn them on. But they didn't this time and so I called nicely to ask if they could turn them on because I was in a little hurry, he said okay and then I said thank you and I hung up, I wait 10 more minutes and I called again because they didn't come on and the lady was waiting as well. So I called again and he proceeds to be so rude as he says " The vacuums aren't free, what makes you think they are free this is a car wash?" So I said, " umm.. my apologies but I've always came here to get a vacuum if I didn't wash my car sometimes, you don't have to be so rude", then he proceeds to be even more rude and say "yeah I've seen you sometimes when u come here and u only vacuum sometimes and u need to stop doing that because it's not free". I then said "okay please tell people that because a lot of us thinks it's free and no need to be rude about it." So I called corporate to speak about it and his response to me calling corporate was that he was going to "ban" me from coming since I wanted to be a snitch. I called corporate to tell them about that aswell, Please get this guy out of that car wash he is not good for business. Corporate has not called me back to discuss more.

Came for the first time and bought the $15 pack. My car came out literally like it wasn’t washed,and as you can see my rims look dirty too. The vacuums are the worst.

Paid for the presidential car wash which includes everything. Does not clean grill, bumper etc. Person on duty said it was bugs. Yes, it was dirty which was why I brought it here and paid for the top wash. The brushes should have taken this off especially when it came off so easy. Not worth the money if I have to rewash areas that should be cleaned in a paid wash.

If I could put 0 stars I would, terrible service!! I purchased the presidential wash and after running thru the wash I went to the vacuum station and realized that the wash didn't wash my car enough because there was still bird poop on my car. This isn't the first time I've been here and I usually love coming here instead of quick quack because it's such a better bang for your buck. After I realized the bird poop was still there I went to an employee and said "excuse me, there's still bird poop on my car and I was wondering if I could maybe run thru the wash one more time to get it off" he replied with "there's a pre bug/wash station" (which I had actually already used) which I replied with "yes I've already actually used it and it's still there. He responded with "well if that's the case then you can scrub it off yourself" EXCUSE ME?! Isn't that what I paid for in the car wash? If the service you provide doesn't do its job maybe get better machines or treat your customers with some respect. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

Went in for an inspection. The First Gentleman who greeted me was super nice and friendly. Told me I had to wait for the guy that does inspections to come back. When he did come back he was rude. Almost like I was an inconvenience to him. Once inspection was done I paid he did not mention fail or pass or anything. I knew once I got back in my car. Once I got in my car he went and hopped into the passenger seat of another car. I can see why I was an inconvenience now..

Have had good experiences here, today wasn't one of them. Attendants did basically nothing for a prewash apparently to get back to watching their phones. After first run through failed miserably at getting the hood clean, a token swab of the hood with a brush well past end of life, and wait for it, little improvement in the cleanliness of the hood. Fortunately I brought my own premoistened microfiber rag ('cause you're not getting one here) and was able to clean my own hood. The undercarriage rinse turned out to be a $3 placebo...

This is an awesome carwash. The prices are reasonable and I don’t think that I have ever been here and the car wash was out of order. Once your car is washed, vacuuming your car is free, but there are paid options for air fresher, etc.

Wow, the vacuums are great but the customer service is the worst. I was in a car accident and wanted to cancel membership but I thought I would let the manager know about the young men who always seem to be half sleep when I come, rarely scrubs the back of my truck. The manager asked “the question is..is the back of your car dirty when you leave?” I haven’t gotten out to see but should be included in my presidential service. After he canceled my membership I asked could I speak to him and he said no your already. Sounds like a small self owned business and I was going to consider getting a membership on my husband’s vehicle but he didn’t want to hear anything. Nevertheless the vacuums are not enough to continue my service. “Presidential” means nothing here. Good luck to anyone who doesn’t read the reviews. Spend your money with ppl who appreciate you. Presidential Carwash isn’t capable of such an act. Best wishes

I pay for the monthly subscription on my daily.I wouldn’t recommend using this on a car that you value as it can definitely scratch up the paint even on one use.I polish my car about 1-2ice every two or three months to help but paint does become dull since I being it here about twice a week for a quick wash.I like that they have a vacuum section as well as a section to check the air on your tires.

Went today and the tag on my car was not recognized. by the tag reader. I have two cars with tags. However thetas on one of my cars was not in the system. I understand that computer glitches can occur....but to be accused of being a thief and told that I am they do not want my business is un called for.Message to management : Do not hire unprofessional people in your business. The manager was rude and unpleasant. Potentials customers: consider washing your car somewhere where you are valued and respected.......I do not recommend this place

Ya, so I come here all the time and this morning I’m out there vacuuming my car and this kid who works walks up behind me and was like “hey it’s two dollars to use the vacuum” I use the vacuum and then wash the car and leave so it dries better but this annoyed me because I’ve never been approached this way and informed 2$ for the vacuum. I know I’m one customer so it doesn’t matter if I come back.
